Carhartt Women's Full Swing Caldwell Jacket Regular And Plus Sizes

I love this jacket. I am tall with long arms, broad shoulders and a long torso. Add a busty chest and finding jackets that fit at the chest without being large in the waste/torso area is very hard. I probably could have gotten away with a medium but the size large arms are plenty long and it fits roomy so I can wear a sweatshirt and down vest under it with no problem, not sure I will ever need to layer that much though as this coat is warm. I am riding in this coat so having shoulder room to comfortably have my hands forward on the reins AND the sleeves keep my wrists covered? Yas! Love the hood, don't mind it there when I am not using it (I have long naturally curly hair so hoods can be an issue) and it cuts the wind when I do. I was a little worried about the length being too short but so far it is long enough and keeps my low back covered when I bend down. I have only had this coat a couple weeks but have gotten a couple compliments on it already. Love that it is warm without being restrictive or bulky.

Fits per measurements, feels nice and warm without lots of bulk and looks like it should hold up well to barn chores. Hard to find work clothes in plus sizes!

I am spending my first winter in the N GA Mountains and needed something to keep me dry and warm for recess and walking to and from my classroom. Wow, this is the best. It has lots of room, and I love the way that when I lift my arms, the coat doesn't creep up. Today was the ultimate test. It was a cold rainy day and I didn't bring my umbrella. I stayed warm and dry. It was wonderful and my hood was perfect. I highly recommend this. The only small complaint is the style. It isn't very flattering, but I'm more into a coat that does its job! I also had to hang it for about a week in the laundry room to get the dye smell out. It was early fall and didn't matter. Great work on a practical coat!

This fits like a dream. The grey color is nice too. It’s a generous 3x, which means plenty of room for multiple layers and freely moving around. The detachable hood also has a bungee to snug it around the face. If you don’t need/want a generous fit, definitely order one size down. Also, there are SO MANY POCKETS inside and outside.

Let me start by saying I’m obsessed with Carhartts. I own two of the Active Jacs, both the insulated quilted ones, and the big Yukon extreme one. And I am mad as hell at myself that I waited so long to get the full swing. This is the most comfortable coat I have ever owned. It is warm. It moves with you. It expands and contracts just right as you move your arms. It was comfortable to drive in. It is comfortable to ride horses in. It is comfortable to work in. Is comfortable to do everything in. It literally feels like a second skin. My Carhartt brown Active Jac Has been my go to for as long as I can remember. It has now been replaced. This will be my every day coat and knowing me and my obsession, I will probably be getting it in black and brown as well. It’s amazing. Buy it.

This is a very warm coat. It hold up well to the Norther WI winter. I purchased a 2X, hoping to fit a sweatshirt under. It left plenty of room but is warm enough to forgo a second layer. The Wine color is darker than expected but still nice. The only minor issue I have with this coat is that it is a little shorter than I expected. I am 5’5” and it come right to my waist. Was hoping for a little extra length, however, the drawcords do a good job at closing that gap to keep the wind and cold out. But most of my shirts are longer than the jacket itself.Overall, I would make this purchase again, would suggest not buying a size up.

This is the best jacket I've ever owned. It is exceptionally comfortable from the first time you put it on. Normally Carhartt seems a bit too tough and bulky and needs to be worn in order to get flexible, but not this jacket. It moves with you and has no restrictions. I am 5'3" and 135 lbs and the medium fits me just right. I could easily put a sweatshirt underneath but could also wear it with a t-shirt and it does not look bulky at all. The back nearly touches the top of my thighs so when you bend over your lower back is never exposed. The sleeves are the perfect length for me and are fitted on the wrist. This jacket is worth the money 100x over again. Highly recommend.

Probably the best warm jacket I have ever bought

I am approximately 5'6" tall and weigh about 114lbs and ordered this jacket in the XS.Pros:-Fit: It fit perfectly length wise and around the body, and allows for free, non-restricted movement; room for layers, but not too roomy-Colour: I bought the deep Wine colour and adore it-The cuffed sleeve and drawstring at the bottom of the jacket keeps the cold out-Warm: As someone who wears a ton of layers to keep warm, I can wear a base layer and vest with this jacket and am totally comfortable!Cons:-Sleeve length: I have long arms and legs, and I did find the sleeves a bit short for me, could have been 1 or 2 inches longer to be perfect; probably fine for someone a bit shorter-Canvas not as heavy as my old bomber-style Carhartt, but still seems durable and breaks in very nicelyAll in all: Absolutely would recommend! great quality and craftsmanship, warm, fits nicely (you can still tell I am female, nice fit) and the price-point is awesome!

Sehr bequeme und warme Jacke. Ich habe erstmal die Größe L bestellt und musste es umtauschen. Das ist eigentlich meine normale Größe. Größe M passt perfekt und man kann sich damit gut bewegen. Die Farbe ist schön und es macht eine schöne Figur, obwohl es eigentlich eine Handwerker Marke.

Le giacche carhartt sono sempre una garanzia!Ho azzardato una taglia M nonostante porti la S e devo dire che va benissimo! I movimenti sono comodi, leggermente larghetto ma va bene così perchè posso, in caso di troppo freddo, mettere anche un maglione pesante senza sembrare un fagotto! Il cappuccio si può togliere e presenza anche l’elastico per stringerlo. C’è un ulteriore elastico sotto alla giacca.Acquisto TOP!

This is a flexible and sturdy jacket. Very warm but not too heavy. This jacket feels like it will last a long time. Lining is soft and stitching is impeccable. Great jacket all around!I am 5”2 and 115 lbs I ordered an xs and I can still wear a sweater underneath but it’s not too big without one.

Die Lieferung ging sehr schnell nur leider viel zu groß. Die Farbe ist eher Lila als Weinrot.Ich habe jetzt Gr s und finde sie in der Farbe Brown auch super angenehm und warm. Es passt sogar noch was darunter.
