Excellent product overall. While the product seemed a little stiff when sizing it up to your TV. It felt like the bottom piece was going to snap off. I thought it was a cheaply made product I was going to be disappointed with. However, I was careful and took my time making it the adjustment size it to my TV. It has worked perfectly ever since. I have been using it for at least 1 month+ and have to make zero adjustments to my Kinect 2.0. I would highly recommend this product to any Xbox One Kinect 2.0 owner.(+) It also comes included with a privacy blocker. This is a piece of well made plastic that fits over the Kinect camera. This is for individuals who would like the added since of privacy. You can still make Kinect 2.0 voice commands with the privacy shield in place. The camera portion will simply be blocked. When not using your Kinect 2.0 camera slip on the privacy shield and you don't have to worry about people or certain government agencies hacking into your Kinect and spying on you. When you are ready to play a Kinect 2.0 enabled game simply remove the privacy shield. Works really well and has a nice fit.(-) The Privacy shield doesn't have built in softener. It would have been nice if their was a nice soft cloth or soft foam fit to form. However, the Kinect Privacy shield still performs really well and will not damage your device. It just would have been nice had the developer provided the extra depth of protection.(-) The only suggestion I would make to the company is make it a little more easier to size up to your TV. I fear some owners who purchase this may not be as careful as I was and damage the product.Overall score... Due to the fact the bottom piece is a little difficult to calibrate (without thinking you will break it), No soft foam/cloth protector in the Kinect Privacy Shielding device that is why this dropped one star to a 4-star rating.Bottom line... Due to the overall quality, performance and price of the Kinect Mount it easily reaches the Highly recommend status. As stated before EVERY Xbox One user should look into purchasing this peripheral device. I know I did and I am extremely happy with the overall quality of this device!

I have been using this mount for a year or so now, and have been really happy with it. I didn’t like to have the Kinect at the bottom of the tv, specially with a toddler. I opted for this mount also because I think when the Kinect is on top of the tv, the camera gets a better view of my living room, I am also a tall guy so I had to be further away from the tv and living in an apartment I couldn’t quite do so.The mount matches perfectly with the Kinect it almost looks like it came with the XBOX, it’s glossy like the Kinect too!This mount can be adjusted in lots of ways so it makes pretty easy to attach to most flat screen. Although It takes a while to get it setup right and snugged on top of the TV. Once attached, you can still tilt the Kinect itself up and down a bit, to get it orientated properly for your room. The Kinect feels solid on top of it and haven’t had any accident with it. The part that goes on the back of the TV has a rubber material that doesn’t make the whole thing slip or fall from it!Needless to say, I recommend you recalibrate your Kinect once you mount it to place, I actually think it works better than the original position in front of the tv!The item also comes with a cover, which is great if you are one of these people who thinks Big Brother is always watching, I think I have used a few times after that is just annoying that you have to get up uncover the sensor and then sit down, specially when you have controllers and remote by your side and game is already in (big couch potato!!!) also it doesn’t cover the microphone so guess what?!?! Big Brother might not see you but he can still hear you, so just unplug it at that point weirdo!

I have been using this mount for a few months now, and have been really happy with it. It keeps my kinect on top of my TV, which keeps it out of the way, and prevents it from getting accidentally bumped out of position. I've had better luck with the kinect being raised up a bit, which I think helps the camera get a better view of my room.The thing has a lot of adjust-ability to it, so you should have luck attaching it to any flat screen. My TV is around 3.5 to 4 inches thick, and I had no trouble getting it extended far enough to feel stable. Once attached, you can still tilt the kinect itself up and down a bit, to get it orientated properly for your room. The kinect screws into place, so I'm not at all afraid of it falling off. I rotate my TV all the time and haven't had the kinect budge one bit.The stand is a glossy black that perfectly matches the kinect, and is compact enough to hardly be noticeable. I don't use the camera-covering sheath, because I'm not as paranoid as others, but it does slide on rather nicely, and again matches the look pretty well. I don't think it does anything to prevent the kinect microphone from listening in on all of your conversations, though, so for those truly afraid Microsoft cares about what you do, you're still better off just unplugging the kinect.My only complaint is that, although it is very adjustable, I felt like I was going to snap it in half when initially setting it up. The unit feels strong and sturdy, so it isn't a materials issue, it's just the way they have you set it requires quite a bit more force than you'd think. This isn't so much of an issue, because I haven't adjusted it since setting it up, but I'd be paranoid if I ever had to move it around again. Still, for the price, I doubt you could find any stand better than this one if you want your kinect mounted on top of your TV.

Le kinect tient bien grâce à la vis qui se sert avec une molette.Pour les tv plus épaisses, il faudra presser 2 boutons pour élargir le support à l'arrière de la tv.J'enlève une étoile, car le système pour déplier la grosse languette qui va contre l'arrière de la tv ne me plaît pas. Il faut forcer jusqu'à entendre un clac plutôt flippant à chaque cran de sécurité.On a l'impression de casser le plastique, et vu qu'il na pas l'air très rigide, il faut mieux y aller avec douceur, et bien tenir l'ensemble au moment de regler l'écart.Mais une fois réglé, le kinect est stable, et on peut tourner la tv sans avoir peur de voir le kinect tomber.J'avais peur que le plastique de devant cache l'écran de mon écran led qui a un cadre très fin, mais ce n'est pas le cas. Le plastique de devant est fin, et donc bien étudié pour les cadres fins (moins d'1cm environ de hauteur).Le cache caméra est un plus, pour se sentir rassuré et pas observé (pour les paranos) une fois la console éteinte. Il faudra l'enlever entièrement au moment d'utiliser la camera, car même si la caméra nous voit en le coulissant à moitié sur le côté, j'ai remarqué qu'elle est plus efficace quand le cache est entièrement retiré. Mais il est facile à enlever et remettre vu qu'il coulisse très facilement.Donc c'est un bon produit qui fait son job. Il s'adapte à toutes sortes de tv, à condition bien sûr de ne pas avoir la tv fixée au mur, car la fixation à l'arrière prend bien 11cm (en mesurant depuis le devant de la façade)... Mais si vous avez plus de 11cm de marge, vous pouvez y aller, vous ne serez pas déçu. Mais pensez à régler votre support avant de fixer votre kinect, et déplier le support en délicatesse (cran après cran), car c'est la partie la plus fragile je pense.

Man fühlt, dass es sich nur um "billiges" Plastik handelt, aber durch die dezente Klavierlack-Optik wirkt es edler.Um das Schanier auseinander zu biegen muss man relativ viel Kraft aufbringen - ich hatte schon Angst es kaputt zu machen - bis es dann mit einem Knacken aufgeht. Das Positionieren der Halterung auf dem Fernseher ist sehr leicht. Durch kleine Anti-Rutsch-Pads auf der Unterseite der Halterung sitzt die Halterung sehr sicher auf meinem Panasonic-TV. Die Kinect-Kamera muss nun nur noch mit einer kleinen Schraube an die Halterung geschraubt werden. Aber ich kann erleichternde Worte an alle Zwei-Linke-Hände-Besitzer und Schraubendreher-Legasteniker aussprechen: Man muss keinen Schraubendreher in die Hand nehmen. Durch ein kleines Rädchen an der Halterung wird die Schraube in das dafür vorgesehene Gewinde an der Unterseite der Kamera gedreht. Kurzum: Es ist eine sehr praktische Halterung für die Kinect-Kamera, die vor allem durch ihre sehr einfache Installation und ihre dezente, zur Kinect-Kamera passende Optik überzeugen kann.Einen kleinen Nachteil hat die Halterung: Durch das Hochglanz-Plastik glänzt die Halterung ziemlich stark. Bei Fernsehen hat es nur Anfangs gestört und auch meine bessere Hälfte hat sich nun daran gewöhnt, sodass es wie die schwarzen Balken beim Filmschauen gar nicht mehr auffällt.Die Linsenabdeckung, welche auch die Infrarot-Einheit der Kamera abdeckt ist aus weichem Plastik. Sucht man nach Halterungen für Kinect 2.0 (für die Xbox One von Microsoft), so stösst man relativ schnell auf diese Halterung von PDP.Sie wird in den Hilfeseiten zur Xbox One erwähnt, was ich durchaus als Empfehlung durch Microsoft verstehe. Ein weiterer Kaufanreiz ist die leichtgängige Schraube, mit der Kinect 2.0 an die Halterung geschraubt wird. Das gefällt mir besser als der Klemmmechanismus der ganzen anderen Halterungen. Da frage ich mich halt schon, wie lange das wohl dauert, bis sich der Sensor löst (vielleicht durch Sonneneinstrahlung im Sommer und Weichwerden des Kunststoffes) Last but not least ist ein "Privacy Cover" dabei. Dabei handelt es sich um ein Stück Gummi, das von links auf Kinect 2.0 geschoben wird und die Kameras verdeckt. Ich habe nicht die Sorge, per Kinect ausspioniert zu werden, aber andere schon. Und die werden sich sicher über den Schutz freuen.Bei der Montage muss man ein bisschen zu viel Kraft aufwenden für meinen Geschmack, um den Haltewinkel auszuklappen, um ihn in die richtige Position für den jeweiligen Fernsehapparat zu bringen. Ich hatte die ganze Zeit die Sorge, dass der Winkel abbricht. Tat er aber nicht und auf der anderen Seite ist es ja auch gut, wenn man Kraft zum Verstellen braucht. Denn dann verbiegt sich die Halterung sicher nicht durch das Eigengewicht des Kinect-Sensors.Bin froh, mir das Teil gekauft zu haben und würde es weiterempfehlen.

It's ok. Bottom line is that there didn't seem to be many options for TV mounts for the Xbox One Kinect, so this is probably the best bang for your buck right now.I have a thicker LED TV that's probably going on 7 years old and it has a curved back. This made the Kinect mount a little more finicky to find that good adjustment position. Like many others have said, I too thought I was going to break the mount apart moving the adjustment arm...it is WAY too stiff.After a little longer than I would have hoped to set it up, I got it to an acceptable position. It isn't quite as secure as I would have liked but it has been in place for a while now next to my 360 Kinect and has survived loads of jumping and dancing with Dance Central in the same room.I don't have any real complaints other than I wish the clamp felt more secure and that the adjustment arm didn't feel so cheap. It certainly isn't as good as my old Kinect 1.0 mount, but for the price it does the job.
