Exactly as described
Exactly as described.. For those struggling with the way it’s rolled in, I just rolled it the opposite direction, put three rubber bands, two on edge and one middle, let it sit for the day or night and problem fixed. Mine is perfectly flat now. I attached photos

Exactly What I Expected
This is exactly the Snellen Eye Chart that I expected. We ordered it to check vision for our kids as they go through myopia changes, and this works exactly as advertised. It arrives rolled up, so you do need to flatten it before using. It's made of a thick, durable material. This eye chart requires 20 ft of distance, so make sure you have that amount of space before ordering. The other thing to factor in is that an eye chart needs to be well lit in order to test effectively, and if you don't have that, then make sure you can place a lamp or another portable light source to point at the eye chart.

EASY TO READ AND ITS DURABLE!
I purchased this chart to practice viewing it from 20’ away because I’m due for a drivers license renewal and wanted to be able to discern what it would be like to stand that far away and how many lines I could read from that distance. I’m in Southern California and the eye chart is about that distance from the counter. This chart is plasticized and sturdy. It comes rolled up and all you need to do, is roll it up in the reverse way it comes and it will straighten out. I didn’t find that to be a problem. I reviewed other charts on Amazon and found this one to be what I was looking for in size, durability and price. I’m happy with this purchase! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Easy way to confirm you eyeglass prescription at home
It comes tightly rolled and takes a while to straighten out. Now I can boast to my friends that my vision is 20/13 (corrected). Gotta watch out so I don't walk into random tables and chairs after making that boast! But seriously, one's vision changes and this is a good way to know whether the old prescription you got a few years back is still appropriate for you.

This chart looks nothing iike the ones at the DMV office
I bought this chart so I can practice for an actual DMV vision test. Although this is a very nice chart, it is completely different from the one at the CA DMV office which looks nothing like it. The DMV chart does not have highlighted letters nor is it graduated by size from top to bottom. It is much more difficult to see at 20ft.

Excellent Quality 20 feet
The poster is good quality and printed very well. It might be more appropriate for a professional than a home device as it is scaled for 20 feet of viewing.

It has an old style Font, the modern Snellen Chart does not have curlicues.

Good quality, arrived sooner than expected
Ordered two of these charts and they arrived in Canada from the US in 12 days. They are well-priced and printed on thick paper that isn't easily damaged. I may, however, mount them on thicker cardboard as they are shipped tightly rolled up and need to be pressed/mounted to uncurl them. Very happy with this purchase.
