Bubba Rope Mini Gator Jaw 1/4" Soft Shackles (2)

When I first purchased this shackle, I neglected to read the specifications so I assumed I was getting a full-size shackle. When this came in the mail, I thought WTH. But I figured it would make for good jokes. The next time someone in the Jeep club gets stuck and I pull this out of my glove compartment.Well, that has happened, but we never used it until this weekend, So I was bound and determined to use it to see if it actually would hold. So this little Shackle pulled out three full-size jeep four-door wranglers that were completely stuck. When we put a tree saver, then the shackle, then the winch cable and the other was just a tow rope with the shackle and had no trouble holding, and pulling out all three jeeps, So what started As a fun joke now I can put in my front pocket and use it when someone gets stuck so I’m quite impressed.

I ordered the soft shackle to be able to secure a bike to rack without damaging the frame. When it arrived, one of the two shackles had a much larger loop than the other. That means that it won’t sufficiently close up and could actually come undone. I called the company and left a message and they called me back the next business day and we were able to arrange to get a replacement which they shipped out and arrived just a couple days ago. I highly recommend this product and this company. I know that my bike and anything else I use on these shackles will be safe and secure. Awesome product.

While they look so cool I hated to get them dirty, I've already used them to pull out stuck ATVs. They worked great, and it's awesome to not have to carry or haul around big, heavy steel shackles! These also fit a wider range of straps than smaller shackles. A bit pricey for what they are, but the benefits outweigh that negative.

These things work great. Go on quick and no more heavy d ring shackles banging around on my Ranger. Way easier to slip on when you're covered in mud. No threads to clean out

I purchased this to use on my UTV. It will pack well in my storage box. It should work well next time I get stuck!

These are nice shackles for my side by side. They’re affordable and easy to store. I’ve been waiting to do a review until I’ve had a chance to use them to recover my SxS; but I haven’t been stuck since I bought these. So in that since, they’re very lucky to have onboard. When I do get stuck and need to use them for a recovery, I will update my review.Updated 6Feb2020: I've updated my review to 5 stars. I have used these, they are easier to use than metal shackles, they are lightweight, they are easy to store, they did not break and no one died. Recommend!

Wow, these are a great product, no matter what u are pulling, no more messing with over tightened knots

I’m using a 4500# winch on my RZR. While I’ve no need to use them (yet) I am confident they will work splendidly.Big Bonus - Light weight compared to a typical clevis.A Great addition to my recovery bag.
