Q: Usa (north american) style huawei wall plug charger included with it?..... or foreign (other country style) wall charger in the box?

Wall charger compatible with USA - ends very similar to that of the Samsung products. The cube from a previous Huwaei works well, however the wall charger did not. Also, there is a totally odd looking cube in the box as well as another USB type. Be careful who you order from, one vendor actually sent an empty box (no way could that have been a mistake) the box had been opened and laying around for a while (dirty with writing on it). Amazon made it right. The second vendor - on point, product came a week earlier than expected.

Q: Where is the fingerprint reader located?

The fingerprint reader is actually the on/off button, which is on the right side just above the middle of the phone. The volume control is directly above the power button. Hope this if helpful.

Q: Does google still support this phone in US?

I still get Google support on my phone and it's been over a year now. I believe the ban only affects phones built after the ban was imposed.
