The code was smudged upon peeling the label for use.
I'm not an Info Tech person, however, in purchases such as this, an express option should be the best service for an item like this. Considering that it is a type of reusable card, it should be sealed and printed on the face of the card with the owner's name like a credit card & registered with a changeable password only issued by the company. Simple solution for a simple problem. Your welcome.

DON’T DO IT!!!
I thought I was receiving an actual software disc and it ended up being a piece of paper with a link on it. REALLY!!! I should have just went through the Serato website. I spent $110 and got a piece of paper with no directions. Total rip off in my book

Serato DJ Pro Software is usually good.Unfortunately the code did not work. I returned it.
