What is the difference between the Progressive pro-keeper brown sugar one, and the one that doesn't say Pro-keeper?

I am not sure I know what the non-progressive is but keeping moisture in the progressive one is what keeps the sugar from turning hard. Maybe the non-progressive doesn't have that disk in it? Of course, you could just put a piece of bread in the sugar container you already have and it will soften the sugar
