I purchased the Kolbs Bed Wedge Pillow to help with silent reflux, and it has made a clear difference in how I sleep. I wanted something that could keep stomach acid down at night and help me rest more comfortably. The pillow provides steady, even support. It lifts the upper body at a gentle angle and keeps me in a comfortable position through the night. Since using it, I sleep more easily and wake up with less discomfort. I used to sleep on my side most of the time, but this pillow makes back sleeping feel natural and easy. The surface feels firm enough to hold its shape while still feeling comfortable. When the pillow arrived, it came compressed and looked much smaller than expected. Within about 24 hours, it expanded to its full size and shape. After that, it felt sturdy and well-formed. The size works well on a standard bed and stays in place during the night. This wedge pillow also feels versatile. It supports the back well and creates a stable sleeping position without needing constant adjustment. I find it easy to fall asleep while using it, which matters for nightly use. If you prefer a flat pillow, the shape may feel different at first. For anyone who wants a supportive wedge to improve reflux comfort and back sleeping, this is a solid option. I will continue to use it as part of my regular sleep routine.

The perfect pillow! I purchased this with my FSA funds before they expired and I cannot be more pleased. A little pricier than I would have paid if I had not used my FSA funds, but after sleeping on it last night and waking up feeling better than I have in months. I have been worried that our mattress was not a good fit for me but come to find out, I was waking up with back pain because I couldn't stay on my back through the night. This pillow provides the best support and is extremely comfortable. I was able to sleep on my back and wake up refreshed. Easy to unpack and use. I am currently looking for a waterproof soft pillow case so I can protect it as I am not 100% on how I can wash it yet.

This wedge is extremely comfortable and very well designed. The extra-wide width is fantastic — I toss and turn, and I never once felt like I was going to roll off the edge. The foam has a great balance of support and softness, and overall it feels like a high-quality product. That said, I ordered the 12-inch high extra-wide version, and for me personally, the height was just too much. I have a very sensitive neck, and despite how comfortable the wedge itself is, I couldn’t get a good night’s sleep with this level of incline. I also found myself slowly sliding down during the night and had to put a pillow under my hips to stay positioned. I originally purchased this to help with CPAP-related air swallowing issues, but unfortunately the steep incline didn’t work well for my body. If someone has GERD, reflux, or needs a significant elevation and doesn’t have neck sensitivity, I think this would be excellent — the comfort level is absolutely there. For me, it just wasn’t the right fit, but I do want to emphasize that this is a comfort and height issue, not a quality issue. If the incline had worked for my neck, I would have happily kept it.

I have GERD so I need to sleep elevated on my back. This product worked perfectly. I sleep with a low profile pillow on Wedge. Since i got used to the wedge the GERD has minimized and snoring has stopped. My shoulder profile is also much much better. I find it very comfortable and restful. I will always have one.

The Wedge Pillow is comfortable and helps with dealing with nighttime indigestion. It's memory foam provides a firm yet comfortable surface to sleep on. It comes with a removable cover. I have additionally covered it with a 3x size Tshirt as a "pillow case" to be easily removed and washed regularly. Despite dimensions being given, it is larger than I expected.

Amazing it really help us a lot my grand mother she is 93 years , was able to seep well without coughing all night also it helped her with a back pain , the material is firm and soft gives you the perfect support is a Great product and works incredible well , the size is perfect for a Twin bed , also you can use it in any bed size, i took the time to write this review in order to help any one that is taking care of a senior person , i really recommend it

See pics, this is my surprisingly firm and comfortable. 100% making it possible for me to sit and work/read in bed (could not with regular pillows due to various arthritis issues in knees, spine, and scoliosis). I can make it really upright by putting a pillow behind it or allow it to let me lounge back a bit to recline. I use it every day and the side pockets are perfect to hold my drink. Con: goofy color is very stark white and blue like an athletic team color scheme or something, makes it look a bit like to an eye soar or childish. Doesn't blend with home decor AT all.

Bought this for my wife to help with reflux. It does what it’s meant to do and provides good elevation, but sleeping at an angle feels a bit strange for her, so she doesn’t use it all the time. The pillow itself is simple, well made, and effective — it just comes down to personal comfort and whether you can adapt to sleeping elevated. Worth trying, but very much depends on the individual.

Producto altamente recomendable para evitar el reflujo gástrico y para post operatorios en casa. Lo tengo hace ya bastante tiempo y es cómodo y de enorme utilidad para mi. Una buena compra.

I purchased this because of acid reflux. I found it comfortable and supported my head well. The only criticism, I found was what one reviewer said was that it could have been a little bit wider. I agree. Good value for money even though it’s not the cheapest but it is better quality

They must have forgotten to add the memory foam. Hard as rock, and uncomfortable. I have to use a pillow with it length ways for it to be comfortable. So I wouldn't bother unless you enjoy sleeping on a something aki. To a wooden table top.

Habe das Keilkissen für meinen Mann nach einer Her-OP gekauft. Es erleichterte die Rückenlage da er nicht auf der Seite schlafen durfte. Leider kann man es wenn es nicht mehr gebraucht wird schlecht verstauen, da es doch sehr groß ist. Hat aber voll seinen Zweck erfüllt und war eine Hilfe.

This lived up to my expectations of being excellent quality and a life saver when it comes to night acid reflux. I previously had a larger higher wedge pillow which I slipped down all the time and was no good for my chronic back and knee pain caused by osteo arthritis and my reflux. This pillow is perfect - my acid reflux has virtually disappeared and I wake up with much less pain and stiffness. The pillow itself is high quality and I didn't experience any of the poor shape problems people have mentioned upon opening the product when receiving it.
