Best cable for 50'+
This cable is so good it doesn't seem possible. Literally! Because the HDMI format is actually quite bad, it is not recommended on "typical" cables over distances of 50'. You'll notice every other manufacturer has disclaimers or boosters in their product to get over the 50' distance issue.Yet somehow, this cable seems to do it with the obvious solution of being "fiber optic." Ok, that makes sense at first pass. Except, the cable box is only putting out an electronic signal and the TV is only receiving an electronic signal. Somewhere in that path it would have to get converted to light... so how/where does that happen?? It's not like there's a converter built into the male/female body of the cable. And yet, I've had my cable installed for almost a month now and it works flawlessly (only tested at 1080p, though). IT IS DIRECTIONAL and I wish I could ban anyone from every ordering electronics ever again that buys a directional cable, installs it backwards, and then comes here to complain about it. +facepalm+After spending DAYS comparing every other cable on the market, all with little caveats, all with oddball limitations, all with things that made me wonder if the product was worth the money, this is without any question THE ONLY cable to buy. From how it flawlessly works at long lengths (I'm using a 75' cable) to the fact that because it's fiber optic, it is literally half the thickness, half the weight, and is so much easier to install because of those facts. I have to say it again: I simply can't believe this product works it is so amazing.Compared to every other cable, you are spending a mere 10% more money, but getting 500% more product. This is a no-brainer for anyone going longer distances than 50'. This is the best you can get!

Works well with Blackmagic ATEM switchers for camera control of BMPCC 6K Pro
I'm using various lengths of this cable up to 100' with Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K Pros. When mobile, I use an ATEM Mini Extreme ISO with just the HDMI cable between the switcher and camera. In fixed locations, I use an ATEM 1 M/E Production Studio 4K with SDI to multiple Micro Converter Bidirectional 3G, which convert the video and camera controls from SDI to HDMI.Very pleased with the quality of the cable and the ability to control the BMPCC 6K Pros from 100' away. This replaced using Teradek wireless transmitters, which worked ok for video but did not have the ability to control the cameras from the switcher.

This cable will get the job done at an affordable price
Early impressions:I bought the 50ft cable and so far this cable is fantastic for the price. I am using this cable with my projector (optima uhd 50x ) at a distance of about 25 feet from screen and using approximately 45 ft of cable to go from sound bar that’s underneath the screen to go along the wall borders and ceiling to reach the projector. The video quality is amazing . I was using a mono price high speed 4K 25ft hdmi cable and it worked great and replacing it with this cable was a noticeable improvement . It kept a consistent high quality picture . I test the cable with my Xbox series x and the PS5. Playing the games was so amazing with this cable . The mono price cable was showing great picture quality but this mavis link cable made it amazing ! The games onEach console ran games on 4K 60fps HDR without dropping . The color depth stayed at 4:4:4. This cable can go as high as 120 FPS but my gaming projector only goes up to 60 fps.Bottom line : fiber optic cables are expensive and while there’s not much information out there so far , I managed to do enough research to take the plunge and buy this cable . Price and quality is impressive . While high end cable brand like mono price slim run and celerity are the go to brands if you can afford their hefty price , this mavis link will get the job done at an affordable price .

Stop working, yes they are in correct.
The media could not be loaded. Second time , I bought two of these in January, New PS5 and New Dell Inspiron, must have new tech HDMI cord to plug them into my new widescreen awesome monitor, I mean whoa, one end must go into display other in monitor, oh yeah this must be some new techie stuff, Make them light up that electric blue color and I'll even pay 10 bucks more. PICTURE on my new devices with new technology looks AMAZING!!!. Look freaking amazing with my $5 ones too. Now when HDMI was brand new I did spend a nice amount on this is brand new tech, about $80 to $100 on some Phillips gold HDMI, .. you hear that , made of Gold ! They are made of gold! Must be amazing, wait a minute, how come that small little gold chain I bought cost about $500 but this 8 ft gold HDMI cable which is three times a stick only cost $100, who cares it says gold so I'm going to buy it. Now over the years I'd always hook them up into my newest high-end tech device and always told myself yes it looks better than the $5 cheaper ones that come with my DirecTV boxes for free. I mean those were free and I paid a lot for these plus say gold! What are these others made of these free tea ones they must be made of aluminum. Yes ! Yes!I see it , I see the difference (keep telling yourself that, no people don't have better eyes than you You're seeing the same thing that they see) this is to reassure myself, I must convince myself I see difference, now let me go look at the reviews people posted ..."amazing picture!" "Well worth the price!" "No regret what so ever , amazing quality" , These are people who just take it one step further not only do they not see the difference that everybody speaks of, they must reassure themselves by writing a review and feeling good about it , while trying to tell themselves those $5 ones that I got free with that VCR that is outdated No way the picture looks as good as these high end gold plated ones I bought, yeah I tell myself that so I can sleep good at night also. Anyway, about 3 weeks after I got them, working fine also my PS5 will not show a picture, oh no, I have seen this on YouTube! The black screen of death which some new systems have due to glitches. Now before I call tech support I must do the one thing that never ever ever ever works but I know they will ask me to do it so to avoid that step I'm just going to do it anyway, I'm going to power down I'm going to pull the power cord, I'm going to count the 30 ....alligators.... Then I'm going to reconnect everything in the proper order turn everything back on and by then the tech representative should have googled what is going on with the behavior of my brand new device I'm a seriously have the one problem that no one in the world has ever had before because their job is to fix things that go wrong but they never hear of the things I call about, anyways Let me hold it it worked!!! No way! Must have been the PS5 just had a minor glitch Yes safe can't believe that actually worked. So now we come today, August whatever the hell the day is 2021 , I left my flash drive in the computer I went to go take the car for an oil change I come back my flash drive is yanked out of the computer oh no the little baby who has smash up Derby in her future, cuz she loves backing up and running as fast she can in her walker and around things including your feet and whatever else she's able to smash into, with that amazing . 2 pounds of pressure she more than likely pulled out my flash drive then rammed it must have headed a couple times hit the button during a Microsoft update and now nothing works Black screen, or maybe it's just a Microsoft update, that one would be the first, the second, or even the 30th time that is happened over the years. Oh no the computer won't turn on I didn't really need it but now I do now I do and now it's not working... Great here we go .. noooo. I'm about to add additional time to my over 200 hours plus Microsoft tech training via online with tech support just to explain something that they're going to make me do things for 2 hours just to say nope everything is dead everything is wrong sorry here let us send you this link there fixed, can we just start with that from now on? Anyways let me do the most common troubleshooting steps, which is really just their way of stalling as you do this process, because this is such a fancy machine we must do it this way and then two hours from now I'll just tell you it can't be fixed anyway. So I reset do everything boom no nothing it is definitely the computer last time my HDMI cable worked when I did this, this is is definitely the computer, now I'm pissed at the 8-month-old baby and the wife for not watching her closely enough and destroying the damn computer which I don't really need but now I do, Wait wait one more thing Let me plug my PlayStation 5 HDMI cable into the computer just to make sure so every possible thing that I could possibly do without taking it apart and reassembly microchips has been done before I call tech support. Oh damn it worked it's the HDMI cable again. Hear that ... Bad HDMI cable, Now if you're like me, I save damn wires coming back to the early '80s just in case, most of which are stored in some kind of storage and one called upon they have somehow managed to tangle, twist, tie themselves in crazy knots which we must pull on, yank on, twist around, get so frustrated we start ripping them don't even care if they fall apart or not I have about 50 I just need one, finally get them all apart every one of them still works, right have you ever had one not work? But these they just work and then stop. What is wrong with us people? We talk ourselves in too quality of products based on the money we spend to make ourselves feel better, then when the product breaks instead of holding the company accountable well it is $2 cheaper than that one so I'll just buy it again. Talk about zombie apocalypse. Don't buy them, they stopped working, both of them

My best purchase of amazon
Writing this review after couple of years after purchase. I was looking for a long HDMI cable which will connect my projector to setup box to transmit video to projector. After lot of research found this one which was perfect fit for my arrangements. Wire is thin enough to hide under pvc strips. easily bendable on corners of the house. I didn't see any distortion in picture quality after using it for last couple of years. Thank you for a wonderful product.

Works well since almost a year
Purchased this cable last year for 10 meter run from AV to a 4K projector. The usual copper HDMI cable can never do 4K + HDR + Atmos although in my case this cable does not need to carry audio. Its simply plug and play like any other HDMI Cable. The wire run has many 90 degree turns and I was afraid of damaging the fiber optic cables inside but luckily for me, everything went well. Have had no issues since almost a year.Of course like its mentioned in description this is a one way cable and when installing, it has to be very importantly considered if you're planning ARC and may want to swap I/O's.Honestly its not so value for money though. 10K for a 10 meter fiber optic run is pretty expensive considering OFC does not cost as much! But at the time I had no other options.
