Single Side Band (SSB) suppressed carrier is a mode of AM (Amplitude Modulation) transmission used by government licensed amateur radio operators (ham radio hobbyists) for two-way worldwide personal communication who usually operate with very low power (typically 100 Watt or low) compared to the very high power broadcast band radio stations

Q: Is there any option for memory card?

No. There is no memory card option. It is a very minimalist radio in a compact light weight enclosure. The inbuilt Beat Frequency Oscillator (BFO) to listen to amateur radio Single Side Band (SSB) transmissions is the only reason I bought it.
