We bought two of them. They were both easy to assemble, ten minutes per bike. They are sturdy enough to hold me, 300 lbs and 6 feet tall. The seats are standard uncomfortable bike seats, you might want to replace them for something more comfortable. The only thing with this bike is you get your money's worth, and not a bit more. You can tell the difference from a more expensive bike when you coast down hill. But, it does the job. I haven't broken it yet, and that's saying something. We did have an issue with one of the tires being a little bulgy, but it doesn't affect riding much.

I bought the bike on line no delays and when it arrived it was a great looking, well packaged and 85% assembled as labeled & advertised! I spent a considerable amount of time putting it on my rack that I already had for my own adjustments on my previous bicycles, so I had good height & sight for any long term and unknown frustrations. The instructions foretold me not to attempt adjusting the shifting mechanisms until assembly was completed & to do it outside when riding. That was when I knew that I knew nothing about disc breaks on a bicycle although it had some sparse instructs on adjustments, but i could tell that there was a little to much play in the tension of the wires & the rubbing friction w/o free reeling rotation of the tires! That is when I decided to take it to The Professional Local bike shop! After Rita, whom I have dealt with before, looked at it and asked me what was not happening? I retold the whole story & she looked at it and saw the play & was not accepting it for any responsibility for charging me money for no significant difference! She said that I prolly should take it back & I told her that even if I returned it to Amazon w/o the packaging which had now been disposed of I had NO other foreseen alternatives & THAT was when she let me know to expect nothing, but they would look and call me within a month now the weather is looking better! Key words were: "We can't work on these", "Send it back" & "Expect nothing!" I will re-review & update with the result because @ $120 a disc brake sturdy good looking bike even if it cost me another $100, I can live with it, but if they can not do anything, well of course it's not worth purchasing ever again!! I am HOPING...

The most poorly written assembly instructions I have ever seen. Braking system was totally disassembled, instructions were of no use, required taking to a bike shop costing me another $75 to finish the brake assembly. Although the bike looks nice would NEVER recommend such poor quality.

My 9-year old grandson's 20" bike was re-gifted to his 7-year old brother. This bike (27.5") was perfect for the next step up for his riding abilities (and his ego, since he thinks he's "hot stuff now"). I believe a good value compared to similar models. The Outroad is very well built; very easy to assemble. It was delivered five days after the order was placed. I purchased the 2-year warranty ($25) just for the peace-of-mind.

We ordered this bike for our son because we couldn't find any bikes in the stores so we had to look online. He found this one that he liked but almost all of the bikes had shipping backed up by a month! This one was about mid-july when we ordered the end of June. We got this bike way early and it was mostly constructed with little to no instruction needed but of course they had some that were awesome. I put the bike together because he couldn't wait for Dad to get home. I had it together within an hour but could have been faster because I read and re-read the instructions thinking that it has to be harder than this! Our son has been riding the bike all over and he loves it. No problems at all!! Highly recommend this bike and this company.
