Durability issue. Otherwise worked well and looked nice.
Thought we would win the durability wars with a name brand, but it was dropped once in the shower a few weeks after it was installed, and had issues with being unable to predictably change the spray pattern thereafter, until it eventually wouldn't change. Presumably a plastic piece inside snapped when it fell.Will not buy again. Maybe will try Kohler next as we've never had a single issue with a Kohler fixture.

Best shower head ever!
This shower head is very light weight and hangs easily. It has great water pressure and it’s simple to change settings. All you have to do is screw it on and it’s ready! I love how it matches my oil-rubbed bronze accessories and fixtures even though it is a slightly different color. I like this one much better than the old heavy shower head that I had. Definitely recommend!

Not installed yet. Thought it included the hose, wall attachment, etc., and it doesn't !
I was "misled" into thinking it was more than just the shower head, which looks fine, but as yet I have no wall attachment and no hose.

Good product so far
Puts out a forceful but adjustable stream. The large head covers lots of area. I’ve been using it about a month and it’s holding up well. No issuesx
