Does anyone know what the spacing betwern the holes is? I need it to be 100mm apart.

From one hole's edge to the next hole's edge is 42mm.

We need a 19" blade. The one we received is 20" Can we get a 19" blade?

The size sounds right. The blade has to be longer than what it needs to cut. The blade works by using a slicing action. So it has to extend beyond the edge on one side, and slice through beyond the edge of the other as it moves down through the stack. Have you actually taken off the old blade and measured it? If it's only 19", then you may need an 18" blade. Guessing they measure based on the cutting area, not the blade length. Hope this helps.
