The backpack is a bit larger than originally thought, but it fits nicely! I know keeping your stuff on the side of your back (hidden pocket) is not the most comfortable thing, but it accomplishes what I needed: a safe way to travel and walk around a not so safe country without getting robbed, making it harder for thieves to open my backpack! :) Also, a great plus that I missed for several years with another backpack that broke and couldn't get again: it has a cover for when it rains!! when traveling this is a major feature! and also, the pocket for the water bottle can be used or kept inside another pocket. Has a lot of different compartments inside of it, a real flexible way to use it!I got a lot of compliments because it looks really nice, even someone at the airport asked me about the brand because he really liked it. I ended up giving another one to my mom, she was also super happy with it.

I took this Backpack on a recent trip to Paris, and it was fantastic. The large capacity easily fits my tablet, charger, and other essentials. The backpack opens like a suitcase, making packing a breeze. It's comfortable to wear, thanks to the padded back and adjustable straps. The security features, including the TSA lock and hidden pocket, gave me peace of mind. The USB charging port worked well with my power bank. This backpack is perfect for travel and business, and I highly recommend it!

I really like this back pack, I have found it secure and well designed. I mostly work from home, but have been forcing myself to work at different locations at least once a week. I have 2 old HypherX headphone bags I use in my setup. I toss the power cord and mouse in one bag and the headphones in the other. I put these bags in the backpack with the laptop and I'm out the door. Loading the backpack takes less then 5 minutes and setup even faster where I working from. Every pocket seem to be the right size and in the right place. Like, the sunglasses pocket is at the top, inside the backpack with a soft no scratch material in it. The chest strap has really helped my back when I walk with the bag for extended periods or stand in airport lines forever. You would be every pleased to use this backpack for your primary laptop and tablet.It is honestly much, much better than I expected. It is a great size for carryon and great design for holding and ware

Was looking for a computer bag that would hold everything I needed and that my husband wouldn’t mind carrying onto a plane as well when needed.My surface pro7 fit great in the intended pocket. The other pockets hold the wires/chargers, external 10 key peripheral, and arc mouse. In the main body of the bag it just fits a 16” additional monitor! I think it will actually fit in the pocket that the Surface is in, But it would be very tight and it would have to be “tucked in” to the body of the bag in order to zip, so I’m happy with where it is now.Seems to be sturdy, although the tsa lock feels really cheap; but since I don’t intend to use that very much, it’s perfect for our needs.

The main compartment holds a laptop, books, pens, etc. There are two pouches in the main compartment that can hold sunglasses, wallet, cosmetics and more. Under those two pouches is a zipper which opens up a whole compartment where I've been able to store a change or two of clothes/layers for a weekend trip. I was amazed that rolling a few light layers should make this bag so useful! This bag also has a side pocket that holds a pouch for your water bottle, and there's a strap that keeps it close to the body of the pack - a key ring tab is part of this pocket also, but if you want to zip it into the pocket, you can't use the bottle pouch (weird). There's a rain cover for the bag which I've not used yet, and I'll also say that it fits the size requirements for most airline personal items, just check before hand and load the bag appropriately. I'd totally buy this bag again, and I hav e a few friends who are buying it too, now that they've seen how awesome it is.

I use it for the "personal item" in addition to allowed carry-on suitcase It has enough storage for laptop, ipad and other small items; the power pack storage and outlet is very useful for flight connections.

First impressions- plenty of padding for belongings and comfort. Sturdy material. Attractive.Noteworthy features- all zippers face your back. No worrying about pick pocketing while standing in line. There is one compartment which would face your lower back perfect for wallet, passport, phone, etc. Lock is easy to use. The externally accessed USB port is pretty neat. Tons of pockets inside to organize accessories/belongings.There are no instructions for changing the lock combo. Default code is 000. There’s a tiny button to be pressed with a pen/pencil tip. 1 unlock the lock. 2 press the tiny button (it should click). 3 set your desired combo. 4. Press the main unlock button and you should hear a click. Scramble the wheels and verify it locks.

I loved the organization of it, the inside color, the inside snaps so stuff don’t come out. The charging port and the quality of the material. I would absolutely love it if it came with the key for the lock and instructions to set up the combination lock, without that, it is not functional. If I don’t get the locks and the instructions for both my backpacks 🎒 I will return and I won’t recommend it if the lock function is what you want.

I found the peoduct came as per description. 🙌Vsry happy with the product. Pice couls have been about $15 bucks less but hey it's a nice product.Only issue is that the packaging was not too good. They fold the bag in half from middle which kills the whole purpose of having straight and sturdy front as now it's bent.

My hubby liked this travel bag. Many pockets.

This bag is exactly what I needed. Many seem to complain about missing a key or no instructions on how to create a new number.Unfortunately, we are not able to reply to the reviews, so I will write it here instead: guys, don't look for the lock or think that it is "missing". There is no key. It's a 3-number lock. The instructions on how to personalize your code is written in the description of the bag. Please read thoroughly. It's all there!
