This book was easy to read and full of helpful information needed to start my sugar detox. I’m on a positive journey and this book provides groundwork for a healthier way of life. Worth the read!

I have been suffering from fatigue and my energy was so low that I barely could get through the day without a nap.This book was like a life savior for me because it showed how I can boost my energy levels and lose weight at the same time. I liked that this book is very detailed, explains everything you need to know to lose weight and increase your energy. I already implemented the guidelines provided in this book and now I can easily go through the day without a fatigue and more energized and happier.If you are suffering from fatigue, stress or just want to improve your health, then this book definitely can help you.

Wasnt worth the money. *sad face*
This book could have been made into a web page, it's very basic. VERY BASIC, The typefont is huge and here are about 50 to 75 words per page. It looks very much like a book an elementary school child would be assigned to read, but the information is easy to understand. There are no pictures or illustrations for the recipes. I think the book is over-priced.

Excellent book to get you off of sugar
Sugar is everywhere in most things that we eat and we don’t even think about how much we are truly eating. This book has excellent information on how to kick the sugar habit and detox your body from sugar. Along with the steps to take to detox your body, there is great information in this book about why we should each detoxify our bodies. Also included, is a great list of sugar free recipes that I can’t wait to try. This book is a must for everyone.

Good, well written and useful
My father is diabetic and I want to help him stay away from sugar and sugary foods. I got this book for him and for me to read and hopefuly we can figure out how to control his cravings and understand better his condition. I started reading today and already like the book – it is comprehensive, easy to read and has a lot of practical info you need to know to overcome sugar addiction. The sample menus and the recipes are especially useful.

In this book, I have learned a lot about sugar detox. I think this book is very informative and also helpful it teaches you how to avoid the mental and physical hazards of consuming sugar overtime.It some really great tips on how to reduce sugar cravings.If you are hooked on sugar or carbs or just want to cut out processed foods, this book is for you! All of the recipes are satisfying yet they are very low in sugar.Highly recommended!

This is a book?
Are all of these reviewers paid? The 'book' I received was laughable. It's as if an 8th grader was given the task of writing a 150 page book, no other parameters. It has the biggest use of margins known to man, and x-large print. The material printed on 150 pages could have easily fit on 38. Save some paper, people. Spend a bit more money and buy a real book, one that will give you a bit more information than you could find on pinterest. Waste of money.

So basic that one could fine the same information on any reputable medical site such as Mayo.com or WebMD. Mentions one source to support some points. The bottom line...eliminate anything white, eat more colors, no processed foods and water. There are no scientific references documented and this author does not indicate that she has experience or credentials to write a book on this subject. I am returning the book as I would not want to pass this on as a donation.

Great easy advise. Could use more recipes that are not complex. Using basic ingredients you have on your home. Maybe shopping lists.

Well written and high quality.
This book is a well-presented report on the subject of sugar detox. It is very educational and informative with extremely useful chapters on important topics like kicking the habit, symptoms and benefits, daily and weekly meal plans, recipes and more. Moreover, the author's obvious passion for the subject really shines through on every page. The quality and detail of the information is exceptionally high making this one of the best value for money purchases in the genre. If you are suffering from a sugar addiction or would simply like to improve your knowledge on the subject then I thoroughly recommend this book for you.

Very educational
This book was filled with information from first page til the last!I feel like will serve me best once I've gone through it again while putting into practice

Good for a Start
Please don't be fooled by other reviews that say this is extremely informative. In terms of explaining sugar and food in your body - this is about as light as it gets on science and specifics. But it is exactly what it says - a quick start guide. It does have pretty extensive lists that do help you get going. My only issue with it, that as you start to do this detox, and your body starts to really react to what is going on, you start to get more curious about what in the world IS going on and why. This book will not provide those answers. It also doesn't really explain why some foods are on the no list when they seem to have no relation to sugar. I've seen other sugar detoxes that allow things like hummus or cashews - but this doesn't, and it doesn't explain why. And while the lists are pretty long, they don't quite cover the more exotic and rarer foods out there that you do end up considering as what you are allowed to eat gets really boring quite fast. So it's a good starter - but you might end up buying another to supplement things if you get really serious about understanding your body's relationship to sugar and glucose.

Fascinating and informative. I don't much like sweet things and am more of a savoury addict but didn't realise how much sugar was probably in my diet until I read this book. Three day detox easily doable..
