The build quality looks real good, the connector that screws on to the faucet has a good quality brass insert where the threads are. The valve handles are long which is a big help for me and the action of the valves is real good, not too stiff and not too loose. The internal openings will be a bit restrictive for people with low water pressure but most people will be fine. Overall a good product that should have a long life in daily use. I don't give 5 stars to anyone anymore until a year or more of use because I've been burned before saying "I love it" or "I hate it". I'll do an update next year sometime..............RM UPDATE: These things are in a word excellent.....I'm updating the rating to 5 stars. They say it's " not available" as of today 2/24/16 and I hope that's not true but it might be because they weren't charging enough for considering the quality of this product , it reminds me of the same situation that happened with the Monsoon Computer speakers of 15 years ago. They HAD to stop making them because they weren't charging enough and ran the company into the ground.

Lasted less than 3 months. Product started leaking on both ends. Looks like its a heavy duty hose connector and turned out to be worthless. My return data was June 23. No I know why they don't warranty this product. Don't buy this.

It works great as long as it is not under pressure. I was going out of town and left it on a timer and the water started spraying out from the valve mounts after a few of the timer cycles.

It leaked like a baritone saxophone from both sides when attached to a hose.

Great design. This product is very well made and heavy duty. It has a connection for four different hose. This is a lifesaver! We cannot leave a hose in our backyard or our dog will chew it up. So every time we need one in the back we have to go hook it up. Now we have it connected on side of the house so it's already hooked up and ready to go! . Each connection has its own lever and adequate space between. I wish the connections had mobility but overall it's a great product that saves time and even money! It's also very easy to use. I received a discount for my review. However all opinions are my own.

Best brand of this type of product. Smooth, lite operation. Strong, long handles. No drips. Controllable flow. Rugged. I don't like paying almost twice the price for the basic functionality but after you've used one of these Leaf HD products, you will always think about it when you try anything else.

Guess you get what you pay for. Turned the water on from inside the house with all the valves closed. By the time I got to the faucet, water was leaking out of the end of the connector
