This book on SFDC was extremely helpful in assisting in the cleanup and use of our SFDC.

I’m a fan of the “for dummies” books - and this one is as good as the rest!

Great tool to keep for reference while learning and working out of SFDC. Does a great job covering the basics as well as diving deeper into the more functional backend parts of salesforce.

Excellent considering there aren’t a ton of resources available for SalesForce users that aren’t controlled by SaleForce. It’s a great reference.

Item advertised as new but came completely used and in terrible condition. There were even stickers inside stuck to the pages

I like this book as a reference guide only for Salesforce. It could be better written especially as it is meant for dummies (I am not a dummy by the way). I did find a few mistakes like, for example, some of the illustrations were not matching up to the descriptions on the page. Salesforce is changing all the time so you will find things out of date too. Salesforce Users and Salesforce Administrators will like this book for little pointers here and there but that's about it. I think there are better books out there for Salesforce Beginners but this book is still worth buying to add your Salesforce library collection. Just bear in mind that it has some limitations, so manage your expectations before you buy/read it.
