I don’t have cause to use poultry seasoning very often, but I got this seasoning for the Thanksgiving turkey and dressing. It’s okay. I’m not a great cook, so I don’t know how to get the most of out seasonings, and I don’t know how this compares to other types of poultry seasoning. But there’s a lot of it. I’m probably going to wind up putting a small amount in a shaker and vacuum-sealing the rest of it into packets to keep in the freezer. I don’t think I could use all of this from the 12 ounce container before it gets too old!

Very consistent taste and texture. Always fresh with a pleasant smell. Good color that compliments the chicken.
