The Promised Neverland (Volume 1 of 16)

Firstly this is the JAPANESE edition, whilst I’m nowhere near fluent in the language I am getting there and slowly getting the gist of the story (got the English version anyways so I’m familiar with the story.)The story of The Promised Neverland is one of the best released these past 5 years, it’s twist after twist with lovable characters, great artwork and a constantly consistent and well written story.The book itself arrived in perfect condition, no scratches or rips and the spine printed well (which seems to be an issue frequently with manga) so overall perfect quality.

I received it in a transparent plastic wrap. It also had seller's label on it, which kept the book cover clean.I already bought and read the English version of the book, but I wanted a Japanese version to practice my reading. It's written in Furigana so it helps read the Kanjis.I'm satisfied of my purchase.

This manga was exactly what I was looking for… but the seller put the product sticker onto the dust cover. The sticker is hard to peel and leaves residue on the book. I buy a lot of manga and personally have never seen this happen. Wouldn’t be a huge deal if this wasn’t marked as a new book.

I bought it wrong and it was not translated into English, but my kids like to see pictures, so I didn't return it!
