Versatile!
I previously purchased a Klein insulated screwdriver set but besides the Philips and flat screwdrivers was a #2 Robertson bit. This insulated switchblade with a #1 & #2 Robertson ends makes this screwdriver very functional. The grip is robust and the size is just right. The twist feature to release the blade is a plus. This one is a keeper for sure!

Great design!
It’s a little “plasticky”...I suppose that’s what I’d expect, though, for the price. Klein is definitely a company that I wish would build tools that are 30% better quality, even though that means they’d charge 50% more. It’d be worth it. They have great tool ideas that are executed well. This one is no exception. I only do electrical work around my own house. If I was a professional, I’d be concerned about the longevity of the tool...but for my use, I think it’ll be great long term,

For those who get the cap stuck in handle.... here's my fix.
So to start. This is a nice Robertson/Square bit screwdriver. Solid. Nice to have #1 and #2 sizes. So get one. There was a customer who inadvertently got the little plastic cap stuck in the driver. That makes the thing not really work. So, I bought one that was a "Warehouse" deal. It said that it was "Inspected." Anyway, I noticed the driver part was not seating at all in the handle. I remembered the other customer's story about getting the cap stuck in the handle. Wondered if that was my problem. Looked into the handle to see what might be a cap stuck in the bottom. My successful solution was to get a long, wide-enough screw down into the handle. I gently threaded it into the handle and pulled. Voila. Out came the little rubber cap and now all is well in my kingdom. :)

Great addition. Should have purchased sooner.
Was not aware of the tool until seeing some reviews online and Amazon. The tool does work as advertised for making secure connections on electrical outlets and switches. The connections are much better from my perspective with the Klein tool compared to standard screw driver bits. The insulted handle is also a benefit for weekend home repair people like myself. I would recommend the tool to others if doing electrical installations.

Good screwdriver but..
Brand new out of package: small knick under the twisting collar, does not affect the tool, but you can obviously feel. For the flipping aspect, spring mech. is good so far. Good overall

Keeping the toolbag light and clutter free
I have this and a phillips/slotted of the same design in my electrical tool bag. I am the type of person who likes having fewer number higher quality tools. this is just that. It works great for driving square screws, the bit flips around super easy and quickly. Insulation is an added "just in case" thing for me as I'm not going to be intentionally working on anything live. My only complaint is that the end of the handle is just labeled "ins multi" which is the same as the phillips/slotted so I painted a big square on the end of this one so I can tell the difference. Keeping this and the phillips/slotted version in my tool bag means I have all the screwdrivers I'm realistically going to need all in a lightweight and compact space. I really appreciate good design and this is a great design!

No more slippage or stripping
The media could not be loaded. I personally love this Square/Robertson tool.No issues so far after using it for 6 months. Easy to flip out and swap the blades. This tool locks into screws perfectly with no issues. Using a Philips or Slotted can have a bit of a stripping issue which is a pain. Not all the time but it happens. Great designed tool that is just good to have on hand for those on the field. 5/5, I highly recommend.
