ADJ Products, BubbleTron, Professional Lightweight Bubble Machine BUB773

Being a mobile DJ, I have tried several bubble machines. This one is definitely the best one I have used so far. Lots of bubbles, easy maintenance. I am generally hesitant to purchase ADJ products because their quality control has been poor in my experience, just a step above consumer products; however the design of this unit is excellent and worth having to carry around a soldering iron just in case of a repair.PROs: - Plastic case doesn't rust - Small opening forces bubbles to go where you point it - LOTS of bubbles, comparable to units of twice the price. - Bubble wands are horizontal at their lowest point, almost hitting the bottom of the trough meaning that the fluid level can get much lower before it stops working. Most others have vertical sticks so the fluid level has to be at least as high as the diameter of the wand's loop. - Remote control (not necessary for operation, but useful) - Shape allows transport with bubble solution with much less spill risk of other units. - Quiet operation - No removable tray = no spills - Magnetic back on remote allows relatively easy stowage and mounting to steel surfaces. - This design he most forgiving of slanted surfaces of all machines I have used.CONs; - Plastic makes it look cheap compared to others - Remote control cable is not great quality... not as flexible as it could be .: harder to make neat installations - The 'Max Fill' line is written on the outside making it difficult to tell when you are at/above that line. A translucent window would have been nice. - The bubbles that it makes are on the small side ( ~ 1.5 inch ) compared to most others ( 2 inch ) but this does make them last longer. - Need to be careful when cleaning; it seems a bit too easy to accidentally tip it backwards get the electronics wet, though I haven't had that problem yet.

I am a sucker for gadgets and toys. I also have two girls, ages 5 and 2, and my house is overflowing with pink plastic... "stuff". So when they get in to anything even mildly amusing to me like LED lights, or animated Halloween decorations, or bubbles (like in this case)... "Go Big or Go Home"!! "Way, Way, Way...Overboard" or something like that is the phrase my wife uses. "So... You girls like Karaoke and want to buy that battery operated Barbie Karaoke machine?? No, No... that's not what you need. We are going to do this "right"... I'm buying you girls a Yamaha 2000 Watt PA system with "real" microphones and an 8 channel mixing board.." $3,000 (and 2 weeks of silent treatment from the wife) later... The police receive noise complaints about My Little Angels' and the neighborhood kids' RAGING Karaoke jam sessions!!So... when I saw the sparkle and shear elation in their eyes when one of them got a cheap-o plastic, battery-operated bubble maker from my sister for a birthday, I said to my wife "We need to do this 'right'..." While my wife drove to pharmacy for a zantex prescription refill, I got online and started hunting for THE Daddy-dawg bubble machine.I Originally ordered a competing brand- the Chauvnet (spelling?) Bubble Maker... Two fans blowing an enormous volume of air through 4 spindles of bubble wands, sturdy aluminum housing, big reservoir for endless hours of pure, bubble-bliss... This is The ONE!! $170+tax, but price be damned... we are going to have the sweetest bubble machine ever, it will totally blow their little minds!! [Click "Buy"]...Arrives a few days later... a lot of anticipation from the little ones as I unpack the amazon box, fill machine with some of that magic bubble elixir, plug it in, and flip the "on" switch...Epic Fail. I swear, my dog even laughed at me like that dog in the old Nintendo game "Duck Hunt"...OK, the dog didn't really laugh at me, but in all seriousness... to draw a comparison, I actually put this $170 4-wand bubble machine side by side with the cheap-o $15 plastic one that they got from my sister (and inspired this quest for The Ultimate). Pepsi Challenge style. The two were equal in their bubble output. Four rows of wands, 2 fans, and proper 120V electrical outlet power suppl... versus... One row of wands, One 2-inch plastic fan, and 4 AA batteries... How is it even possible?? But, no BS, same-same.Whatever, doesn't matter how or why because that POS got returned to Amazon so fast...Don't worry girls, we will try the American DJ Bubble Tron. Arrives a few days later, same anticipation as we unwrap box, give it the bubble juice, flip the switch, and... Daddy is a hero again!!ADJ Bubble Tron is $70 less than the Chauvnet, lighter weight, less clunky, more durable, and most importantly... spews 4x or 5x more bubbles. The epic bubble quest is over, we have attained The Ultimate!!

We used this at our business for Valentine's Day this year. it was a great hit our guests and passers-by loved the bubbles. The included photos are not great and don't show the volume of bubbles that we were able to create that filled much of the front of the property as well as drifted down the street. I would buy this machine again.

I got this as a birthday present for my 2 year old. He has always been in love with bubbles, but I just don't have the wind power to continually blow bubbles for him out of a conventional bubble wand. It seemed like he was always asking for more, no matter how many bubbles I blew.With the Bubbletron, I can just fill it up, turn it on, and let him get his bubbles on for as long as he wants. Finally he can play and enjoy running through/catching/popping bubble to his heart's content.And as far as quantity, this thing makes ALOT of bubbles. I assume it is more so meant for professional use, but we love it for at home. The bubbles aren't EXTREMELY large, but they are a good size... and the shear amount of how many there are, completely make up for the bubbles' size.Also, I have only tried this with bubble solution I bought at the dollar tree, "Super Miracle Bubbles", brand. I imagine that this is probably some of the lowest quality solution money can buy, but the Bubbletron still works perfectly with it.I am excited to make my own bubble solution and see how well it works with higher quality stuff :)I'll update my review with further details once I do.

Il prodotto in questione va bene per piccoli compleanni il flusso di bolle è accettabile però bisogna posizionarlo in alto per far andare lontane le bolle, peccato non abbia un gancio dove attaccarlo su americana... altra cosa importante è non inclinare il dispositivo sennò si rischia di far uscire il liquido nella parte posteriore dove c'è la ventola

Brilliant value. Looks more professional than most on the market and the switch on a wire is really useful rather than just being on or off. Produces loads of bubbles and blows them enough of a distance for the events I wanted it for
