I have done a lot of research and found out the Zinc Orotate a good bioavailability. This product is one of the only Zinc product that you can get the daily allowance. Adult daily allowance is 8 to 11mg.

I purchased these for my son who is eight. The quality seems good. The capsules are small which is a big plus for younger children. There is a slight smell however it is not off putting because my highly sensitive son does not protest when he takes these. I will certainly purchase these again because of this and their quality

I bought this and have been using it for a while. The pills have an UNPLEASANT smell and taste as of RANCID or STALE. Old, ROTTEN. Sorry, I won’t be buying this again and I don’t recommend it.

After about 4 weeks I noticed having less trouble with mucus. Others recommended 15 MG's of zinc for Covid. Deep breathing and moving around also helpful to prevent build up of mucus. Neti bottles helpful too.
