I am absolutely BLOWN AWAY by these lights. I bought three of them and was hesitating for weeks between these and the Aputure MC's. I couldn't decide what to get. Aputure's lights have a lot more functionality for sure as they connect to your phone and you can control lights etc from there. They also have a built-in magnet and come with a diffuser but ultimately what's the point in all of this if the light is very weak. So I decided to go for the AndyCine R1's. My sweet Jesus, the light from there would absolutely blind you! It's incredibly strong. I have to be careful turning them on and ensuring I'm not looking straight at them!!They have opened up a whole new avenue of creativity and portability for my photography, I can't even begin to think what's possible with these. If you haven't got it from my tone, I am incredibly excited about these! Absolute game changers for me anyway.

This light is great! This light provides me with flexiable oppertunities and can add stunning atomospehere to scenes and your videos. I was trying to find a video that was cheaper then other brands but also just as effective and found teh R1 Model from ANDYCINE is one of the best on the market.The Light is suprinigly bright and the specturm 360 RGB colour hue's and is very wide range in colour temperature so there is plenty to play with. There serval special effects that could be helpful and useful with some creativity. The pulsing and phasing lights tend to be the ones I find most useful.It comes with a softpouch to store it in and really please that it uses Type C as most of my equipment has moved to this and is pretty much standard these days. I must also say the light feels solid and is superbly built. You can also put this on your camera and a tripod. This is my very first AndyCine product and dont think it will be my last, fantastic products at great prices.

Initially I really like the product. It’s brighter than the aperture mc’s which I have experience with. The effect presets aren’t as good but other than that first impressions are really good.I pulled it out on a job for the first time and the unit would not turn on. I thought it must be out of battery. Went to charge it.... no indication anything was happening. Ten minutes later I try to turn it on again and it comes on miraculously, but then intermittently keeps turning off and on. I also noticed a very strong burning smell coming from the device.Probably an issue with quality control but I wouldn’t risk buying one of these units again. I’m sending mine back for a refund now, and will probably get a aperture mc in its place.

I love this light. So compact and easy to use!! Simply choose the mode you want to use and scroll through the options using the wheel on the side panel. It's super bright and the colours are great. It makes it so much easier to use than swapping gels. I love the effect modes especially the police car and lightening!! So much fun. I would recommend this to anybody who wants to spice up their videos by assing a light to their back drop, fill light or effects. To top it all off, the build quality is superb and it's smaller than an iPhone x** (See sizes on page)

Excellent stand-alone small light for filming and stills. Bright, and full RGB. Video lighting effects are rudimentary but ok. Best thing is the small size (similar to an iPhone 12 Pro Max and it packs a big punch in terms of brightness. Very pocketable and easy to use. UsbC charging. It’s always in my pocket and I use it for personal and professional work. Highly recommend. As it is great value for money.

A great little piece of kit to have in your camera / videography bag! A great fill light, ideal even as a close key light ... works well on 100% ambience level for 1.5hrs, at 50% of full power (light output) this is still ideal as a fill light and will last for 2 / 3hrs. It will even work (forever) when plugged into a usb input / mains lead.Worth the money for a well built light with lots of options for colour / modes and output in terms of light level.It’s a great Lott light. Bagging lots of output and R G B / modes output. Even as an on camera video camera light it would work well. I’d recommend highly to add this as a must have to your kit bag. It could bail you out when lightning conditions need a lift ... your clients will never know, but you will! You saved the day.

I like this small LED RGB light, that because of its size can be used in many situations and places.It is very nice that it both has bi-color LED and also RGB with all the colors of the color spectrum.It is easy to operate and the body is made of hard plastic, which makes it light weight and can easily be mounted on top of your camera with the included cold Shue mount.Compared to the price I think this is powerfull and good..

I have used many portable led lights in the past but this kicks out so much power and not just for its size, it is bright compared to much larger leds that I own. To have the versatility of having rgb is such good value for money! Highly recommend this pocketable sun!
