Are these boots suitable for those who normally wear shoes in wide?

No but Ariat does sell these in wide width if you order directly from their website. I usually wear 6.5 wide, and both 6.5 and 7 were too narrow for me.

I have narrow feet—are these boots tight enough to keep my foot and ankle secured without wiggling back ‘n forth?

These boots are very comfortable. I own a lot of Ariat boots and they all fit different, even if they are the same size. I don't know why. I ordered these in a size 9 1/2 and could of wore a 9. They seem very wide with the round toe and I have a wide foot. That said I think these would be to wide in the heel and foot for a narrow foot. I have to wear a very thick sock to snug this boot up. You can always send them back.

Do these boots run big?

No, they're pretty bang on size wise. I went for a half size bigger than I usually would wear, considering they're pull on. When I first tried them I felt they were too big but as I'm in New Zealand decided to keep them as the cost of sending them back would have made them fairly expensive. I'm now really pleased with the bigger size. They've really moulded to my feet and are still super comfortable if I wear really thick socks in colder weather. Seriously the most comfortable pair of boots I've ever owned!

Is the stitching on this boot white or pink??

It is pink but I DO NOT recommend these boots. The leather (if it is leather?) is like rubber. Not at all good quality boots.
