High quality at low prices.
I have been following Aventik products for a long time now. With having well over 50 years experience in fly fishing I was not sure of the quality of the Fly Line compared with it's very low cost of $8.99 , however, I'm really getting tired of paying for over priced so called quality products. After extensive testing of the WF5F Fly Line, shooting line, dry fly casting, roll casting, small/large/heavy flies. adding extra weights and high floating, I could not tell the difference in the performance compared to a well known company WF5F for $90.00. Highly recommended for beginners and experienced fly fisherman/woman.

Waste of money
This is a joke. Do not buy this unless you feel you need more frustration in your life. The line is not loaded on a spool so when you try to load your reel you are left with a tangle which will tighten up to render the product you paid for absolutely useless

This line doesn't catch fish.
Totally defective. it just floats, doesn't catch any fish at all. Actually its good stuff for the money.

Do Not Buy
I can't testify as to the performance of this fly line on a reel, because I was unable to get it onto my reel. It does not come on a spool, and in fact comes already tangled about itself. The line comes pre-loaded with "memory" - it essentially actively wants to coil about itself, creating more and more tangles as you try to remove the ones you are starting with. I had to throw it away as unusable. A cheap (10 cent) plastic spindle to wrap the line around before shipping to me would have solved the initial problem, at least - mind-boggling that this company can't implement even that simple of a solution. Complete joke of a product - do not waste your money, you will be paying $8.99 for an hour's worth of frustration and nothing more.

Gets the job done, but more friction in the eyelets than I'm accustomed to
Weight is right, like the color, solid welded loop. Gets the job done, but after just a few times on the water I'm getting quite a bit of friction through the eyelets. I can't complain too much for the price I paid, and it gets the job done, but I never noticed the friction with my prior line, so the point of comparison isn't great. Just going to tie a loop on the butt end of my old line and put it back on. Oh well, worth a shot and good enough if you don't mind a bit of friction on your cast and retrieve.

Great line especially for the price.
This line casts as far as any other fly lines that I have and last a long time.No need to pay 5 times the amount for a different line just because it has a fancy name when.I bought 3 different weights and it was still less than half of the higher priced lines.

Great line, great price
Great line for my lite weight applications, and super good price. Line does not come on a spool, but if one takes a little extra time it is no big deal. Opened packaged and had spooled onto reel in less then 10 mins.

Best value in a quality fly line!!!!
Best bang for your buck, but does need conditioner once used a few times to keep it slick. However, I feel the weights are off a little on the light side, so I generally order one weight heavier than the rod in order to help load the rod when casting.
