Worked perfectly.

My brother in law tried to mod is kids 12v best choice car with a 20v tool battery. What they dont tell you when you buy those kits is you might burn out either the motors or the control box without using a setpdown 24v to 24v. Welp when they came to me the controller was burtout and only went in reverse. This was a direct replacement and took maybe 15 to replace. same connectors. Remote is not super rugged but its the same as the original and works just fine. I would recommend.

I installed an 18v adapter for a best choice 12v power wheels and a few days later the remote stopped working and the truck wouldn’t run. Not sure if it is related. This replacement fixed the problem and took 3 mins to install.

Took 5 minutes to install and have the remote up and running. Skeptical at first but if your old control is Rx34 this works great. The RX34 and Rx34 use different controllers so make sure yours is the lower case x.

This is a great add-on for the price. However, it does not come with instructions and for most vehicles (Rollpay, Powerwheels etc.) this is not just 'plug and play'. Most of the vehicles are not designed to have a steering motor. In my example, I had to create a custom mount and do a tone of work to make it fit. The motors are simple and are plug and play. You need to know your way around how 12v electronics work in order to install this. Also, you should be handy enough to fabricate items and\or heavily modify different areas of the vehicle to make this work. Finally, I highly recommend taking pictures of the existing wiring so that you have them in case you forget how it is supposed to be wired up. Having said, that it works great and my grandson loves it. I would definitely purchase it again.

Never worked had shortage in it

The original unit for my sons Jeep blew its capacitors after swapping the 13 amp main fuse to a 20 amp. This unit can handle more amps than an rx23, which I bought as the initial replacement. Just a slight incline on grass would trip and over heat it constantly, until it too finally popped. This fixed the issue and it stays cool running the bigger fuses and climbs hills with ease.

Esc malfunctioned and took powerwheels on a ghost ride. Made the powerwheels drive on its own. Very dangerous!
