Yes, it's 3D printed, but the quality, look, and sturdiness aer all solid. IL have the WHW03v2. It was a tight fit. I had to basically pry the node in there. However, once in, the fit was good and tight like I wanted it to be. The node will not fall out from casual contact/etc. I can't speak to the hold of the 3M tape. I stripped the tape off, and drilled holes for mounting. It's not that I didn't trust the tape, it was just my preferred method of mounting based on my need. I would recommend this to anyone looking to mount one of the listed nodes, and wouldn't hesitate to buy it again if I need to wall mount another.

Fits my Velop router great. It is true the plastic of the mount is a bit creamy off-white. Where I have it mounted, it hardly shows. Not enough of a difference to me to justify paying the Linksys price for their fancy mount. Incidentally, it looks like this unit was 3D printed. Up close, you see the 3D printer trails. No big deal, just thought that was sort of cool and figured I’d share. I scraped off the adhesive because I didn’t want the holder permanently stuck to my wall. That was a bit of a chore - it was very well stuck to the unit, that’s for sure. Before purchasing, I contacted the seller to see if they had any units that didn’t have the double sided adhesive already attached. Answer was no. So I scraped off the majority of the tape, and used Goo-Gone solvent to remove the rest. The solvent didn’t harm the plastic of the bracket, for those who wonder. Then I drilled two screw holes and wall-mounted with drywall anchors. Now I can take my mount with me when I move! 😀

This is a great option to get your Mesh node off of a window sill; however, the adhesive tape is somewhat of a "put here and don't remove" option. I chose to add two removable adhesive strips to the back instead so as to not risk damaging my wall or removing paint.

A little expensive but it is exactly what I need.

I somehow missed some of the comments about this being a 3D printed product, so when I opened my package and saw this off-white (slightly yellow tint) item with every printing detail showing (the back & forth lines from the printer) I was very disappointed. The renders they used are misleading as they show a solid white mold which is not what you get. If wasn’t so impatient to get my wifi unit on the wall I would have returned it for a better-looking product. Does this product work? Yes. It does the job being offered… just wished they would advertise how the product looks which is like an at-home 3D printed product.

They fit well, more than just the modles listed. They are budget minded and provide a nice looking solution for where to put you Linksys nodes.

It was absolutely simple to place this mount on the wall and it is definitely staying where I placed it. Great product and fit the Velop unit to a 'T'.

I bought this product because it specifically states that it fits Linksys mesh routers (vertical models), but it DOESN'T. The base is too small so the router/node sits on top of the edges rather than indie. Further the adhesive failed and my Linksys router node fell to the floor. It would be good if the vendor was accurate. DON'T BUY THIS

For what it actually is, it's expensive. However it works exactly as needed and feel secure. The plastic feels robust and decent thickness.
