I am a fan of speed squares in general and this one is great in certain applications, namely at a workbench or a fixed location. It is a little too large to be a portable tool.A 6 inch ( 150mm ) speed square is one of those tools that is so convenient you just keep it on your person at all times.This one on the other hand is really clear, easy to read and a good quality tool.If you enjoy woodwork treat yourself to both sizes.
