Very attractive and stylish, knowing how well it it constructed gives you ease of mind.

Perfect replacement
The knob to open my door gave out and found out it was a mortise lockset. Ordered this because the other was also a Marks lockset. Easy install! Went with the lever style as it is easier for older people and easier to pull the door close for my 80 year old aunt. Quality product. Dinged a star because the instructions were not that great.
