It's a Wonderful Wife (Sinclair Brothers Novel Book 3)

This was such an enjoyable read. I LOVED the 2 major characters with their back & forth "spatting". "Strong man vs equally strong woman, that doesn't know her strength until he lets her be herself", I love this.I have LOVED all of Chapman's books. They just meke me soar!! Easy read, lots of love and adventure, and worth every minute reading the books. She really knows how to keep your interest, and I thank her for that. GREAT STORY!!

Another Sinclair brother story. Not as well done, in my opinion, as the others, but a nice book. It had some parts that I felt needed more action, and more development. For instance, her boss and his background seem to fall short, and wrap up with no real motivation. The romance was OK, but did not have enough tension for it to feel like a true 'win the girl,' type of book. In addition, it did mention other characters from the previous books that were not as well reviewed for those who might have not read the others, or had had several other books read in between. I always love this author, so I enjoyed it, but it could have been better.

I adore Janet Chapman books and this was a perfectly cute little story, but I felt like something was missing. I found myself going back to see if I'd accidentally skipped some pages. I kept expecting something to come of the text she received saying it's safe to come home.... and then when Jesse finds out the whole deal about the bad guys, he burns the info and that's the end of that. She never wonders what happened to Stanley. He was her friend for 5 years after all. It felt like there was supposed to be more to the story. However, all that being said....I would still recommend this fluff of a romance. Love the characters and the setting and the two previous books in the series.

Anything that Janet Chapman writes is great. You don't even need to know or remember the characters from previous books. Every story is both perfect alone and as part of the bigger story. If this is the first book you've Sean of hers I recommend going back and starting from the beginning. Not to understand the story but to read some of the best stories around.

Love Janet Chapman. All of her books are awesome. She is a great writer. You will fall in love with all of her characters. The writing is great and easy to follow. You just want to keep hearing about her character over and over. Her books are some that I keep and re-read over and over - just like watching a great movie.

Seemed to be lacking in pace and depth of characters as compared to the previous Sinclair brothers books. I felt like it was a forgotten step-child of the series and was written hastily to fulfill a book contract or something. It was an okay read, just not quite as engaging as the others.
