    Great product - if you aren't typing all day

The idea is great, unfortunately, if you're sitting at a desk using a laptop, or doing something involving arms stretching forward, it digs into your arms constantly.  Your shoulders stay back yes, which is great,  but your arms feel uncomfortable because of the constant strain against the band. I have it at the loosest level and still uncomfortable unless I am just sitting/standing with arms at sides.  Was a bit disappointed about that.

BackJoy Posture Band has a clever design and rests comfortably against back as shown in BackJoy's photo.Restricts and binds arms too tightly when moving arms forward to write or type.

    Got My Back Up - But Not  in the Way I Expected

Waste of time and money, as far as I'm concerned. The tension on the belt is just too weak. After sitting at my desk in front of my computer - trying to ensure my back is straight as possible, which after all is supposed to be the responsibility of the band... - one of two things happen within about 10 minutes. One, the belt-end slips out of its serrated buckle and everything falls off. Or two, the belt gradually loses its tension and I slowly but inexorably slump. I guess, like the picture shows, it only works well if you stand up straight yourself and do absolutely nothing else.
