I am giving the product three stars because I don’t think it’s totally fair to give it one when it might work well for other purposes. But it was terrible for mine. On Valentines I always write on hearts and put them on my kids bedroom doors the things I love about them. Initially I loved the hearts BUT soon found you shouldn’t stick them to anything you every want to remove it from. I have used similar self adhesive hearts in the past and had no trouble. But these are SUPER sticky. I couldn’t get them off without tearing and leaving bits of it I thought would never come off. I spent hours removing them thinking I was going to have to sand down and repaint my doors. Luckily my husband thought of using the hair dryer to heat them up. With heat and some goof off the doors were saved. So these are fabulous if you want a permanent stick on but horrible if you want to remove them.

WARNING: they do NOT come off wood. I repeat, do NOT try to be a loving parent and put these on your kids’ doors the 2 weeks before Valentine’s Day. We spent 2 days scraping 56 (yes fifty-six) of these hearts off of our kids’ doors. Then had to sand them and repaint them. I hope I am saving other tired parents doing their best to love their little people from the headache we experienced. They are cute. Easy to write on with a sharpie. But PLEASE put them on a long piece of butcher paper or anything BUT wood or your walls.

Ordered this and got the wrong item. Sent it back as a return for the correct item and got the wrong item again! Thoroughly irritated. Very clearly marked glitter but these are not glittery at all. 2 stars because the replacement did come quickly.Update: ended up using these anyway and they stick really well. Left a layer of colored foam when I pulled them down. Be careful where you stick them.

Used these to decorate a large window at church. Looked great from both sides.Hard to get off. Use scrapper /Goo Gone
