Dissapointing Calory Count Book
This book is not what I expected. It mainly is a calory count book. I was hoping for more specific food choices and food alternatives/substitutions.

This is a very simplistic booklet and not useful beyond very basic nutritional information.

Bad printing quality
Horrible. The ink bleeds through from the reverse side of the page, making it very difficult to read.

Very basic nutritional information. Not for Diabetic. Just for everyday use.

Informative and Very Helpful
Just what I need to learn to eat after being diagnosed diabetic. A little larger than pocket size. But small, more like purse size. And written by Diabetic Association. The book price is about $7.95, and was free delivery.
