Questo rullo più gli accessori sono un kit perfetto per lavorare su tutto il corpo, dai piedi con la palla a riccio al collo con la doppia palla. Impara ad usarlo bene ed avrai enormi benefici! Attenzione solo al peso, io sono 95Kg e dopo 2 mesi si è crepata la plastica del tubo interno per cui consiglio magari ad individui di peso fino a 75/80 kg max. Oltre meglio passare all'originale trigger point (costa di più non a caso) oppure ad un rullo pieno, semirigido, tipo schiuma o sughero.
