Great quality and very sturdy.
This is a high quality strainer for large cooked items like vegetables, ravioli and dumplings. Sits in the hand very comfortably and easy to manipulate. Handle is thick and sturdy. Very good purchase for a inexperienced cook like me.

Funcional y resistente
Utensilio un poco costoso, pero muy funcional y se siente resistente. Es difícil encontrar un utensilio que no sea de metal que de verdad soporte muy alta temperatura como la que se usa para una fritura profunda pero este utensilio soporta la temperatura sin que le salgan burbujas de quemaduras, adicionalmente se siente muy resistente y que no va a doblarse ni romperse fácilmente.

Staub means quality and they don't disappoint
Staub utensils are built well. I love the wooden top of the handle it is rich looking. The silicone is nice the weight is perfect.
