Yankee candles are long lasting and deliver a clean, crisp fragrance that fills the house. Cheaper candles have a “watered down” smell that doesn’t fill the room. Cheaper candles also burn down quickly and don’t last as long. Yankee candles make great gifts because the labels are always beautiful and candles come in thick glass containers.

I liked this candle but the scent was too intense for me and bigger than I was comfortable with. I returned it.

I bought this candle because a friend suggested I get one. This was my first Yankee Candle. I was really impressed at the lovely scent. It did take a couple of hours for the candle to really 'burn in', but once it did the scent was filling my 300 sq. ft. room where it is located. I will be purchasing more Yankee Candles in the future.

This is a very strong scented candle and won’t disappoint in that department. If placed in a smaller room I merely had to open the lid and it had the room filled with the scent nicely. I only removed one star bcuz I found the scent itself to have a bit too much cinnamon in it and I don’t particularly enjoy cinnamon scented candles. That’s personal preference though and doesn’t detract from how well this candle works. I definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a good candle that’s strong enough for a large living room. May be too strong for smaller bedrooms but even that can be remedied by getting a smaller version. 9/10!! Oh and if you have Prime this will arrive fast! Got mine same day, amazing!

I usually love Yankee candles. This candle was a flop. You could hardly see the flame. It just burnt into a small hole all the way down and there wasn't any scent I could smell.

Bought this at a great price for Yankee Candle. Smelled so Yummy! Product was well shipped as to avoid any damage. Would definitely buy again.

Pro: I purchased this brand and Vanilla Cupcake candle because I wanted to freshen up my apartment and also have an emergency power outage candle for when we have those California rolling blackouts to prevent electrical fires during summer heatwaves when air-conditioners are in high use. I don't have one of those, but everyone is affected when our power company has to do it. I can rest easy with this candle in its own glass jar and it has a strong scent within a half hour of burning it that I'm not allergic to and my partner said he thinks it smells like a vanilla tapioca pudding rather than a cupcake, and I agree. My small senior apartment complex isn't allowed to have candles that aren't in a safe heat resistant glass container so this is perfect. It is important to trim the wick prior to using it and each time thereafter to 1/4". Instructions are listed on the product box. Keep out of drafts to lessen the wick smoking and extend the life of the candle.Con: We moved the candle from the bedroom to the living room (which is much larger) because the candle scent becomes very noticeable after about 20 minutes or less in each room. If you have a larger home (mine is 600 sq. ft.) it may take longer to fill the entire home. I'm not sure if that's a pro or a con, but I mention it because I suspect it depends more on how long you want to enjoy the pleasant light. I highly recommended it even though we are both sensitive to all fragrances. Hope that helps folks decide. I have enjoyed the second one I purchased even more because the weather has been pleasant enough to leave the windows open. Definitely a positive for me now!

Yankee candles ALWAYS have been my favorite for years!! Only complaint is that it will make you want to run out to get some fudge 😂

I was a big fan of Yankee candles but hard to find in Canada now. Ordered so I could enjoy cinnamon scent over the holidays but this jar candle was a dud. Burned a core leaving much of the wax unmelted. So very disappointed!
