I really like this and will continue to buy it when it is on sale. It has a great flavor and I enjoy it in my coffee & shakes. Mixes easily and adds a creamy flavor and boost of energy for the day.

I use it daily and it makes my coffee great

Been using this for a few months now because I like something in my coffee while I'm intermittent fasting. It's not a bad product, but you might find yourself clearing your throat a lot and the taste is just okay. I love this brand's products, but I won't be buying this one anymore. It also may upset your stomach a bit as MCT's tend to do that.

This is too costly per serving, especially with the sour stomach it gave me and the horrible aftertaste that just won’t go away. I had high hopes, initially it tasted kinda like hot cocoa… but as I kept drinking more it got worse.

Questionable value. The seal below the lid and above the bottle is partially removable. However, the remaining part of the seal is over glued, flaky and not reasonably removable. See the picture for yourself. How can this powdery white seal be fully removed without it contaminating the product more? Is it even legal to sell in this condition, or just another non-public health concern to be brushed under the rug? You can decide for yourself. It's still the wild west for such unregulated industries!

Love this product. It tastes good. The ingredients are clean and top notch. I just don't like the inflated price. So I give if 5 stars. But I won't use it regularly because of the cost.
