Problem
The small end won't work. Doesn't go in the other small. I don't know what's stopping it.

Piece of garbage. Can't find contact information for company that made it.
This product failed after two times it was used to charge a battery. We recently went to charge a battery for the 3rd time and it failed to charge it. We tried it with our back up battery and it failed to charge that one too. The light on the unit no longer comes on no matter which electrical outlet we tried.

Charger doesn’t fit the cop car exactly as the one pictured.
I have the exact same cop car as the picture published yet this charger does not fit it all. Waste of money now I can’t get my refund until they receive the charger which is fair but at the same time I don’t know how long that will take around $45 total on hold not cool !
