Delicious breads and tasty oven dishes For Omnia recreation oven

I like the book is hard cover. I haven’t tried the recipes yet, but looking forward to trying them.I’m practicing on simple things, to get the hang of the oven.

This book is very easy to follow. The food tastes great and makes a-lot.

Good, simple recipes

What was I thinking?! The Omnia stovetop oven is from England, so of course the Recipe Book is full of British recipes. Many of them contain a few ingredients seldom found in the US - like lamb kidneys, quark, swede, fresh green capsicum, Baltic herring. We found a few recipes that we'll try, like scones. They did convert grams to ounces, so that's helpful.

Just received the cookbook for the Omnia Stovetop oven. Not impressed. If you're really into breads, lots of bread recipes. Some interesting desserts. Several of the other recipes strike me as recipes that could be cooked in a skillet. I love my Omnia, but not excited about any of the recipes in this cookbook. A lot of fish for ingredients. No thanks.

Many of the recipes include ingredients not readily available in the US, eg, fish roe.

I am new to Omnia Oven cooking and I am so glad that I also purchased this little recipe book for the Omnia Oven on Amazon. The recipes are clearly written and there are lots of color pictures of what the food cooked in the Omnia Oven is supposed to look like. The Omnia Oven is a Swedish product so naturally there are fish recipes, but there are also lots of other simple recipes that I will definitely use such as Easy Apple Pie, blueberry muffins, banana cake, baked potatoes, egg casserole, potato gratin, calzone pizza, beef stroganoff, rice and chicken, shepherd’s pie, etc.I am new to bread making and this book contains many easy bread recipes. So nice to know that if the power goes out I can cook bread and other simple recipes in my Omnia Oven on an outdoor propane or wood burning grill.
