Great for occasional use but not every night.
Bought these to help with a sleeping issue when I have Chemo the next day. Work well for me. I have a long drive from home to treatment center and I need to be well rested. My son has had sleeping issues as well and will use these rarely but when needed. He will usually take Z Quill but takes one when he has had a stressful day working. NOT recommended for nightly use though.
