Does it fit A4 envelopes?

It does but the envelope sticks out of the top of the lid. I was very disappointed with the postbox as it rusted really quickly. I’ve had it less than a year and now had to buy a different one.

Can it be screwed to a stone wall

I think it is possible as there are screws included. I have put it on my front door. Different material but same purpose
