Ontel Magic Pad Markers seen On TV | Neon Colors |, Orange, Yellow, Blue, Green, Purple, Pink

I bought these as extras to ones we already have. 2 of the markers did not work when I got them and apparently you can’t return. I bought them again and the same issue. NEVER BUYING AGAIN

When we got the magic pad two of the pens didn’t work at all. I was glad to find the magic pens sold separately on Amazon. I ordered some to replace the dry pens that came with the magic pad. When the pens arrived there were 3 pens each double sided and half of them didn’t work. The magic pad ended up in the trash after the rest of the working pens dried up.

I ordered 2 sets of these markers for my son's glow pad he got for Christmas. One set was dried up when it arrived and apparently returns aren't allowed. The colors that did work were nice colors. However since returns aren't allowed, I wouldn't bother buying these. I wish I would have read the reviews before buying this product. There are other similar markers on Amazon that do allow returns if the product doesn't work.

I disregarded the bad reviews, thinking 'surely there can't be that many that were dried out, maybe it was just a bad batch'. I ordered this set and also the Primary Colors set. In this set, the Yellow/Purple pen was completely dried out. In the Primary set, the Red/Blue pen was completely dried out. The rest of the markers were not saturated with color. My kiddo got frustrated after about ten minutes and now the Magic Pad is Magic Trash. Don't waste your money.

They worked for the Magic pad, but 2 of the markers arrived dried out.

The only colors that were toward the orange yellow and pink purple blue and green or dried out and the item is not returnable I tried to request a replacement and there’s no option for that this was a complete and utter waste of money and I’m very disappointed you should stop selling this item immediately

I recieved the markers a few days ago and opened the pack today. Right out of the box three of the six colors are dried up and don't write anything.

Bought name brand to replace the ones that came with my original magic pad item came dried up tops didn't even fit down correctly. Even tho it said free returns when I went to return them said non returnable item. What the heck so it arrived defective and you won't let me return them... at almost 10 bucks for a 3 pack name brand this is ridiculous so contacted Amazon and they kindly gave me a credit to my Amazon account because of it being defective. Wish I could leave -0 stars for the item review...
