Captains 6" Brass Handheld Mini Telescope with Wooden Box Nautical Collectibles

We purchased this as an item for my 3 1/2 year old son and he absolutely LOVES it. I never write reviews but this is INCREDIBLE quality for the price. It magnifies a little bit as well! Barring damage from shipping, no one should give this less than 5 stars! It’s great for children!

Ordered 17 as a party favor for my sons 6th birthday. They were a hit with the kids and great quality. I was disappointed that one came with the large lense cracked, something I had read others comment on. Not worth the trouble of returning but frustrating.

I bought this as an accessory for my sons pirate costume and it’s perfect. I love the little wood box that it comes in. The telescope itself is great quality and durable! My son loves it and plays with it daily.

The spyglass arrived badly tarnished and heavily discolored. I ordered this as a Christmas gift for my daughter, and shipping took so long that I didn’t trust that I’d receive a replacement in time if I returned it. Instead, I had to spend over 30 minutes polishing it with brass cleaner, which required a great deal of hard work and elbow grease. In the end, it looked good enough to give her the gift, though it still smelled strongly of cleaner. As for the spyglass itself, it seems to be made well enough. It expands and collapses smoothly and the wooden storage box is much nicer than I anticipated.

This is not professional teliscope. For basic use for kids this is worth full. And also cost effective. I recommend basic use for kids this is excellent.
