Bottle came empty and in a big trash bad because product leaked- I want a refund

I was really excited to get this because it cleans well but some of it leaked and for the price getting it with the handle broken and un able to spray was upsetting but I will try one more

Smells like pumpkin guts
It cleans fine. The sprayer is weird and I have to hold the bottle with one hand and spray with the otherThe weird part is it smells like the inside of a pumpkin. Like, when you scoop it to make a jack o lantern.Very strange
