WWE: Survivor Series Anthology, Vol 1 and Vol 2 (1987-1991 and 1992-1996)

When you have been an old school wrestling fan since the late eighties and see a nice collection of the Survivor Series at a not too unreasonable price of £44 you are immediately quite happy and then even better they get delivered two whole days early from the good old US of A, happy days right?Not quite as somehow not one disc would play without crashing or freezing, the best I managed was 44 minutes on the very first disc and it was all downhill from there.I have two multiregion players, so I know it is not the players, one got a whole 30 seconds longer than the other and then failed but both still failed.I have hundreds or American discs and series and I've never had this problem, I can only imagine this is either an authoring issue or production problems due to the age of the discs, whatever the reason it was a huge and crushing disappointment as there is no other way to see these old matches anywhere else.Returning them is also a nightmare and was not something on my mind as I never expected to need to return them, so if you take the chance hoping for the best, please bear the return process in mind.

Arrived on time. Have not opened yet. Looks good. Can't wait to watch.

Great Buy. This old school WWF DVD set brings back memories !!! ( Yes I said WWF not WWE, because Wrestling was better before 2001 when Vince took over the world and created WWE. ) This Survivor Series set is Vol. 1 & 2, which is 1987-1996. I paid 20 $ $ $ for ten years of nostalgia. You get Macho Man, Bret Hart, Ultimate Warrior and many other WWF greats and Legends. From a huge WCW and WWF fan this 10 disc DVD set is a fantastic buy.
