Great decorating garnish! Puts it over the top
You really can't go wrong with stars because you can use them over and over and for so many different occasions.. Its universal, a birthday, a wedding, a shower, Christmas...whatever...So it's a good buy... Just be smart about how you hang them.. I suggest tying a piece of fishing line to the location you will be hanging it from then cutting and reusing that so you never damage the actual string... If you are going to reuse in the future.Depending on what you are going for be sure to measure ahead and you may need more than now order

Pretty and good value!
I bought these to put in an advent calendar - the unwrapping was so delightful! Each strand is super long and just cascaded out of the little plastic envelopes in a stream of shiny shapes. A big hit with the kids, and even though the strings are SUPER thin/delicate, they have held up all holiday season and the shapes move with the slightest breeze. Very pretty, definitely worth it.

Cute garland!
Really cute garland for my sons First Trip Around the Sun birthday party! They were a little longer than we needed them to be so we cut off some excess but it wasn’t a big deal. It was perfect for what we needed it for!

Beware the tangling (and seams)
Bought these for a star wars themed baby shower. Though I didn't get to use them the way I planned, they worked well pinned along the table lines. This was done hastily as guests were arriving, so forgive the imperfections in the photo I've included from the party, which shows about half the set up, that was covered by only two of the four strands of garland--so these were really nice and long, which was a big plus in covering a lot of surface area.I didn't see in the listing photos that the silver thread is sewn through the center of all the stars and moons with a visible seam. See photo. It looks cheap from close up, but wasn't horribly noticeable from farther away. I probably wouldn't have bought them if I known though. The ends of each string are not tied, so be prepared to knot or loop them or they will unravel.The worst thing about these is putting them up or taking down without getting them tangled. You would not believe the tangling that can happen if you're not super careful. I just spent 2.5 hours untangling one of the strands. Not exaggerating.Overall, these were ok for the price, but I didn't LOVE them.

Exactly as pictured, would buy again
Nice garland, the shapes were a little bit bigger than I expected. We cut it and hung it vertically from the fireplace mantle. Just what I wanted.
