MSM (5.5 lbs - 2.5 kilograms) Pure Methylsulfonylmethane Powder Distilled Crystals Plant Sourced Sulfur

I bought this for my Arthritis, and my Liver.It doesn't taste nearly as bad as I thought it might, after reading some of the reviews.I just add the 1/4th tsp to a CUP of water, very little taste at all. A good thing, makes it easier to keep on taking.I only received it yesterday, and have taken the three doses yesterday, and working on my three daily doses today.I am looking forward to having some of the good effects that it is supposed to have.I bought it because it is also supposed to be good for "floaters" in the eyes, it helps to relieve the floaters, so a doctor on Youtube says. I have them and they are annoying to say the least.So, I will do an update on this in few weeks, to allow it to work on me, to see if it helps in any of these problems I have.

I take 1 1/2 - 2 teaspoons with 1/4 teaspoon of powdered vitamin C in a mouthful of water morning and night. At night it has helped with arms and fingers falling to sleep or stiffness in fingers due to gardening etc. It tastes awful but chug pure water to chase and the MSM leaves no after taste. Drink 1quart of pure water per 60lbs of body weight. (Got that tip from Dr. Jennifer Daniels [...]This MSM is the best price and will last a long time. I wouldn't be without it.

I love this stuff! I feel great, energetic and my 14 year old nephew told me I do not look a day over 25. Let's just say I am several days over 25. :)
