Nearly perfect. Compact.
Nearly perfect. Easy to slip on. The clear viewfinder/LCD segment is usable, but with some distortion of course. Keeps the camera an lens dry. Will work in a portrait orientation, but there is enough material to cover the exposed side. Very compact.

Works very well easy, quick to use
A very good emergency or occasional use rain cover. Trial by water this week. Driving rain in 15-20mph winds with gusts to 30+ mph and mid 30 degree temperatures. Quickly and easily covered a Nikon D850 with battery grip and Peak Design hand grip using a 70-200 f/2.8. The rain covers' clip that uses the hot shoe mount was very secure and never loosened over several hours of use. Large clear window worked great for viewing rear screen. A small challenge to reach zoom ring on the 70-200. But easy enough to use once fingers found the ring. All this wearing lightweight cool weather gloves. When back to the car to switch to the 24-120 lens there were only three issues that came to light. 1. With the shorter lens the extra fabric could end up in the frame. But once pulled back away from front of lens it remained out of the way. 2. the 24-120 is not an internal zoom lens. So there's more effort and hand movement required to zoom in or out. Now limited space in the cover for the left hand becomes constricting. Problem solved by simply pulling and pushing lens via the lens hood. 3. The inside surface of the rain cover where it is meant to fit snug to the front of the lens or lens hood has a kind of grippy texture. This could be lot grippier. Otherwise, I am very pleased with this Think Tank product. As I have been with all their products to date.

Solid Rain Cover
High quality. Great for price. Have not needed but tested it out and I’m a fan. Medium fits OM-1 with OM 150-600 just barely.

Well its large..VERY large..
I shoot with a Sigma 600mm "Contemporary" with a 1.4 extender and its still huge, even fully zoomed out with the sun shield on there's about 12 inches still left. The opening for the lens to shoot through is massive and could accommodate a much larger lens. It cinched down to wrap around my lens hood fairly well. I purchased this only after contacting Think Tank to see if the medium size would fit but they stated it (Large size) was the only option for my lens size. I will be shooting in Ireland and the Mach Loop in Wales in less than a year which means rain and lots of it. Will see how it goes. Aside from the large size and excess material it is usable and will be adequate for my needs. Controls are easy to access with the clear shield in place and with the flash plate attachment keeping it right where it needs to be. It appears well made and should work well enough for my needs.

Protects my gear perfectly
I’ve needed one of these for YEARS and I finally took the plunge to buy one. It arrived 2 days ahead of a really rainy rugby match. Lucky for me, I was prepared! It’s very roomy. There was plenty of space inside in case your lens extends when zooming. I was filming with a variable ND filter, so I wasn’t able to use my lens hood. When I bought this emergency rain cover, I also ordered a rubber lens hood from KUVRD and that really completed the protection barrier for me. No rain was able to creep into my setup. I’m very happy with this purchase. Some would say go with a clear bag of some sort. I’m glad I decided to just spend a few bucks on quality protection. We spend so much money on our gear, what’s a few more bucks to keep it safe?

Worked great! Kept my camera dry during steady rain
I took this with me on a photography trip to Costa Rica during the rainy season. It worked exactly as intended and it was easy to use my camera with it on.

medium size works on more than one lens R5ii
I bought the medium for my 100-500 lens. It works but I just used it with my R5ii and a 24-105 lens and it also worked in pouring rain. Using the included attachment on the Think Tank to slide onto the cameras flash shoe allows for some bunching between the camera and end of lens. I was pleased it works with both.

I got this for my Canon R5 with RF 100-500. It fits great, no issue with extending or retracting the lens. The window can trigger the viewfinder proximity sensor, but you can also still use the viewfinder which is a bonus. Now I’m looking forward to going out in the rain or heavy snow!
