Really good adhesion, too good at times as it can feel like its going to strip my skin (but it doesnt). On the plus side I have taken off and stuck it back on and used again (to make ablutions etc). Opens up the nose nicely making breathing so much better. Good price as some other brands charge too much. Would recommend.

They don’t stick

It does help with the snoring, but it lasts until early morning and it's not as large as I expected it to be. Getting it to stay on can be quite daunting you have to keep sticking it down but that might be due to the size.

My husband and I both tried and both felt we had better night sleep. The strips started to lift about 3am and some snoring but was not as loud. A bit uncomfortable but worth it for a better night sleep!

Given a mid range score as bought for my partner as he snores really bad and it was causing arguments. Sad to say didn't work for us but I'm not sure if that's because they were too small for his nose even though I bought large ones. Opted for ear plugs for myself in the end... The snoring continues

Bought these to ease my congestion when I was full of a cold. Super sticky and stayed in place all night. Worked a treat!
