Love this switch so far, but it takes a lot of work to install in wall box there are a lot of connection wires and the lead wires are to short. When you use these in a three gang box . Make sure your box is deep enough I had to pull old box and install extra deep one.

I wasn't sure how well this was going to work on my outside light switches but it actually worked quite well and worked with the app that I already had it also worked with the two other single light switches the installation instructions were very poor and at first I wasn't getting it installed correctly once I understood how the thing work then it was very easy and it worked well but it took me a few tries to figure out it does not work like a normal with normal three-way switches and how you would wire a three-way switch it actually communicates to other switches through a Wi-Fi signal not through a carrier wire but it works well it's been reliable and I really enjoy it

I've installed well over 100 IoT devices, primarily for Alexa integration. I had just tried an Aqara dual switch with no success (the hub read 2 switched but only passed one to Alexa) and this no-name-brand, especially with generic "Smart Life" app, had me doubting success. Wow--it hooked up so fast and easy (1 slight issue discussed later), even easier than my go-to TP-Link brand (no dual switch choice though) on both the App and Alexa discovery. Both switches Alexa responsive (no Master/Slave button or Grouping issues). The one minor set-up is that it lost it's set-up mode while I was reading instructions. I still had outlet open so I disconnected hot to reset (otherwise it wanted me to go through entire routine) so I suggest you be willing to add quickly to Smart Life to avoid the pairing timeout. After install I killed and restored the breaker to check its power outage recovery (a weak point for many brands) and it restored admirably. Very surprised and pleased with performance and granted a VERY rare 5 stars by me.

Somewhat easy installation with some electrical know-how. With the app very user friendly and zero lag in response when in use through the app. Great purchase for the price.

This was very easy to install. I have two fluorescent lights in my kitchen that I wanted to add to my Smart Devices. We've installed many smart devices (as you can see from my picture), and SmartLife works perfectly with our Echo Dots. The only problem we had was making the connection with our Wifi. The directions show to a picture of a "Pairing Button", and there isn't any. I tried holding down the On/Off button but it didn't pair. I quickly sent a message to the company and they answered immediately (didn't have to wait 24 hours). They told me to 'Hold down" the button a while. I guess longer than I was trying. I did this and it paired immediately. It paired both buttons. On my SmartLife App it works either both lights together named Overheads, or singularly as Switch 1 and Switch 2. I have them programmed individually, and I can tell Alexa to turn off Overheads and both go off. It's not for a dimmable light. * I write reviews to let you know how this product was for me. and to aid you in making your decision, to buy or not buy.

Bought 2 of these. Issue #1- I had issues connecting both of the switches to the wifi. I dont know if it was because they are in the same room and are approx 15 feet from each other but, I was only able to connect 1 of them to the wifi then I had to keep messing with the other before they were both connected. Issue #2- 1 of the switches, 1 the lower touch function is more of a long touch button and is a pain in the a-- to turn on and off. It became easier to use the app to turn it on and off which leads to the 3rd issue. Issue #3- after ensuring both of the switches were linked to alexa. They would unlink within 10 min and stopped working with alexa.

Initial Review. I never give firewall-five ratings, but this time it's different! I installed this to replace a double, single-pole light and fan switch in my bathroom last night. The wiring was quite simple, but you do need to make sure you have a neutral wire in the box before ordering this. I was impressed that the exposed stranded wire connections were tinned, an extra step in the manufacturing process that makes my life easier. I already had the Smart Life app on my phone, so registration with Alexa was simple. Incredibly simple. Smart Life found the device immediately! I've had much more difficulty getting Alexa-controlled light bulbs or plugs to register! I bought this because I wanted to be able to have the fan run and turn off 10 minutes after I finish my daily shower. It took a bit, but I did figure out how to make that happen. I created an Alexa routine where I say, "Alexa, fan delay," and the command issued is, "Alexa, set a 10-minute sleep timer for the bathroom fan." Works like a champ! Of course, I can also operate either the fan or light manually or by asking Alexa to turn one or both on or off. So far, I'm pleased. This was half the price of an automatic humidity-sensing switch. So inexpensive, in fact, that I'm trying to think of other places in my home where I could use an in-wall Alexa-controlled light switch. I'll update my review if anything changes.

This was one of the only options I could find for a smart switch to replace the current double switch that was installed. I really didn't want to add another gang. And it works great! Installation was easy. If you have a neutral wire, this will work. It connects to the "Smart Life" app and I already have a few other devices on that platform so setup was easy. It found and connected to my wifi setup (Google wifi mesh) no problem. Once all that was setup, Alexa found both switches and that was it. It is very sleek looking with the touch panel compared to the typical momentary switches you get on normal smart switches. There is an audible click from the relays when you trigger a switch, but it isn't intrusive, and is much quieter than the toggle switches it replaced. Time will tell for longevity, but since there really aren't any moving parts, I see this lasting just fine. The two separate "switches" light up when turned off so it is easy to find, but it isn't too bright when in a dark room. All in all, I am very glad I found these. Great solution to add smart functionality to a single-gang double-switch setup.
